The sushi here is really fresh & delicious! Each piece of raw fish is soft, sweet & not fishy at all. The sushi rice is soft, well seasoned, & goes perfectly with the seafood. I can feel the attention to detail.

The sushi here is really amazing! The fish is fresh, the rice is just the right amount of sticky, & the seasoning is very delicate. I especially like the sashimi - the fish is sweet & melts in your mouth. The restaurant is clean, the staff is cute & attentive. It's worth coming back! 🍣

I am joining the club of folks who got drawn in by the high star score & left wondering how many of the reviews are fake. The sushi was an absolute hack job. Pieces of tuna that alternated between sat-out-too-long & hard around the edges to a torn look. One shrimp piece had a leg sticking out from the rice. Rice balls were poorly seasoned & totally uneven in size & density. Slices of lemon were laid on top to try to hide the off-flavor of the older pieces. Sorry to say this was below IGA-level nigiri.
I came here because it was highly rated on google. I was the only table when I arrived at 5 pm & I ordered the 24 piece chef's choice. The rolls weren't rolled well & looked like they were made without any care. The rice was cold & hard. The ingredients didn't taste fresh. The only saving grace about my meal were the nigiri which I quite enjoyed. Overall, I am so disappointed with my meal & I might need to have a second dinner.

The menu at Sushi Rosa is very diverse, with all kinds of sushi from traditional to creative. I especially love the presentation of the dishes, each plate of sushi is like a work of art. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent, the fish is very fresh, the rice is cooked to the right taste, combined with delicate spices to create a rich flavor. The service here is also a big plus. The staff is very polite, enthusiastic & attentive, always ready to advise dishes to suit my taste. This will definitely be my favorite sushi restaurant & I will recommend it to all my friends!
