I have tried many sushi restaurants but the food here impressed me the most. Rich flavor, authentic Japanese taste. Especially, the tuna & salmon sashimi are incredibly fresh.
The sushi here is truly amazing. Each piece of fish is fresh & melts in your mouth. The rice is seasoned just right, perfectly combining with the natural sweetness of the seafood. The decoration is also very delicate & beautiful. An unforgettable culinary experience!

The sushi at Sushi Rosa is always fresh, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. Every bite melts in your mouth-especially the salmon nigiri & dragon roll. Definitely one of the best sushi spots in town!
We took my family out today to celebrate my daughter's birthday, & everything was amazing. After two years in Québec, this was the first time we really went WOW, this is it with truly high quality sushi. The food was fresh & flavorful, the service was great, & the overall dining experience was great. Easily a 10/10-highly recommended !

The sushi was delicious & very fresh. We also had the gyoza & it was delicious & flavorful. I was surprised this place wasn't more crowded, it was great!
The best sushi at Sushi Rosa! Their fish is as fresh as can be here. It will make you feel like you live near the water because of how fresh it is. Some other places claim to have the best sushi but trust me, they are not talking about real sushi, those who know will understand ;) don't miss the great service you get & the welcoming feeling when you walk in & admire their beautiful atmosphere!

If you are a sushi lover like me, I recommend you come & experience it. You will not forget the taste here. The sushi is fresh, sweet & beautifully presented, which is a big plus.

The food was delicious & beautifully presented. I ordered a portion of sashimi & tempura, all fresh & authentically Japanese. The staff were friendly & helpful. A worthwhile experience for the price .
Love the service here, everyone is very friendly & especially their food is very fresh & delicious, what impressed me was the color of the food was very fresh & the decoration was great!
