The sushi is of the highest quality! Every bite is full of flavor, & the seafood is as fresh as if just caught. The chef seasoned it delicately, preserving the natural flavors of the ingredients. Eat it once & you will remember it forever!
The sushi was so fresh & tasty & the presentation was just top notch. The staff were also reaaallly friendly & nice.
The only thing I didn't like was that the spicy scallop & tempura nigiri (number 49) was so sweet that I couldn't make out any other flavors. (Now that I think about it, maybe they got the order wrong. At the moment I didn't even remember that we had ordered something spicy to be honest)
We also got miso soup, wanton soup, dynamite (number 28), & Royal (number 25), which were all nice (we loved Royal the most).
The sushi was amazing! Each piece was a little piece of art - fresh, delicious, & full of flavor. The salmon nigiri was especially rich & fragrant. The cozy space & quick service were perfect for a date or meeting friends. 💕
First time here & already hooked! The sushi is beautifully presented & has authentic Japanese flavors. I ordered the mixed sushi combo & was completely satisfied - every piece was fresh & well-balanced. The price is reasonable for the quality. Will definitely recommend my friends to try it!

The sushi was fresh, flavorful, & of very high quality! I was particularly impressed with the salmon sashimi - every piece was thick, fatty, & cold. The restaurant was also clean & cozy.
The menu here is a true sushi lover's paradise! Not only does it have traditional sushi, but it also has many unique fusion dishes. I tried the eel sushi & tempura roll - both were excellent. Beautiful decoration, exquisite flavors. A perfect Japanese dining experience!

I have tried many sushi restaurants but the food here impressed me the most. Rich flavor, authentic Japanese taste. Especially, the tuna & salmon sashimi are incredibly fresh.
Sushi Rosa never disappoints! The ingredients are top notch, & the rolls are perfectly balanced in flavor & texture. I highly recommend the tempura shrimp & spicy tuna rolls.

The sushi at Sushi Rosa is always fresh, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. Every bite melts in your mouth-especially the salmon nigiri & dragon roll. Definitely one of the best sushi spots in town!
We took my family out today to celebrate my daughter's birthday, & everything was amazing. After two years in Québec, this was the first time we really went WOW, this is it with truly high quality sushi. The food was fresh & flavorful, the service was great, & the overall dining experience was great. Easily a 10/10-highly recommended !
When they say this is a sushi experience, they aren't lying. It's an adventure of flavors, textures, & knowledge. Every bite we took we thought it couldn't get any better, but it did. 16 times! Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable staff, great drinks, & an intimate setting. They all wished us a happy anniversary to make our trip even more special. It was amazing !
The sushi was delicious & very fresh. We also had the gyoza & it was delicious & flavorful. I was surprised this place wasn't more crowded, it was great!
Sushi Heaven! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was perfect, calming & stylish. The sushi was incredibly fresh, you can tell they use top-quality ingredients. I tried the chef's special roll, & it was a flavor explosion! The service was also outstanding, our server was attentive & made great recommendations. Definitely my new go-to sushi spot!
