Honestly one the best sushi place I've ever been! The O-toro was melting in your mouth, the yagu felt like butter, it was simply delicious! The staff was very attentive, not missing anything, refilling the water after each sip lol. It was a great experience, definitely recommend!
It was definitly a unique pricey experience. The food was immaculate & the service was impeccable ! & the place look beautiful, clean & cozy Definitly recommend.
I went there for our wedding anniversary. We asked them to take care of us with a given budget. Service was impeccable, they even offered dessert as a gift for our anniversary. Sushi's were so fresh & delicious. One of the really good Montreal sushi restaurants that I recommend!
Je recherchais un endroit avec une atmosphère intime & tamisée pour une occasion spéciale à deux personnes, & ce restaurant était parfait. D'abord, j'ai réservé une place pour deux en ligne avec des critères bien précis & le restaurant a bien respecté ma demande: nous avions une excellente place comme désirée en arrivant & j'étais content. Vous avez des tables très collées entre elles (moins d'intimité), mais vous pouvez aussi des tables plus discrètes, romantiques & loin des tables centrales. Notre hôtesse était souriante pour l'accueil & le serveur très gentil & donnait de son temps avec nous pour les questions. Ma seule recommandation serait de ne pas oublier de montrer ou remettre la facture au moment du paiement (peut-être un simple oubli lors du paiement). Recommanderais-je? Absolument! Absolutely amazing food. Really nice staff that keep their attention really attentive to what you need. The atmosphere is top tier. This place was recommended to us when we were visiting & I would recommend it 100x over. Get the Waygu! Everything though was delicious!

Incredible sushi & exceptional service. The fishes & wagyu are aged & melts in your mouth. A good selection of sakes that pair well with both fishes & beef. We were kinda undecided so our server recommended Salmon Noodles, Sashimi Premium (24) & Nigiri (12). It was a bit too much of (raw meat) for two of us, honestly not a big fan of Salmon Noodles. Other than that, we had an excellent meal.

Je suis amateur de cuisine japonaise & wowww, la nourriture & les recommandations du chef étaient les meilleures. Le sashimi, les nigiri (recommandation du chef), les nouilles au saumon, etc. wowww, & l'attention dédiée des serveurs, la décoration du lieu rendent cet endroit magique & inoubliable. J'ai été en Asie, en Europe & définitivement, Hidden Fish mérite tous les mérites & étoiles en termes de qualité & de service. 1000% recommandé, le meilleur de Montréal.

From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable-attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. The sashimi was nothing short of spectacular-fresh, delicate, & bursting with flavour. It's been a while since we've had sushi that truly impressed us, but this place absolutely nailed it. As seasoned sushi enthusiasts, we can confidently say that this was some of the best we've had in a long time. If you appreciate top-quality sushi, this restaurant is a must-visit. Visiting Montreal for first time, this place was a great surprise. Amazing food & service. Highly recommended. Pascale was extremely nice & helpful. Planning to come back before we go back home.

Décor très ambiancé! Le service que jai recu par wilson etait juste parfait & sans parler de la nourriture, chaque bouchées etaient incroyables! Cest une expérience culinaire . Je recommande sans hésite
We were visiting Mtl with our 16 y/o, who loves sushi. A friend recommended Hidden Fish to us & we were very glad that we took his advice. The service was on point & the servers themselves were very friendly. We were there for the Sashimi & it did not disappoint. It was very fresh & flavourful, with a beautiful presentation. I highly recommend!
J'ai récemment visité Hidden Fish & mon expérience a été positive. Les portions étaient délicieuses, bien que pas assez copieuses pour rassasier. Le goût des plats était excellent, & le dessert était tout simplement bon. Je recommande ce restaurant pour ceux qui cherchent à savourer de bons plats.

Everything I had here was special. I ordered green salad, 12 pieces (6 kinds) of sashimi, scallop hand roll (temaki), & seared albacore Maki (8 pieces). Fish was fresh.... But also prepared very well. The waiter, Matthew, knows so much & helped me to choose. He is very knowledgeable. I loved this place. Absolutely recommended.
Fantastic high-end sushi experience. We opted for the option where our waiter selected the menu for us, which I recommend for first timers. Dishes came out like Omakase would, one-at-a-time & everything was delicious. Highlights being the Wagyu beef & the scallops with Foie Gras (the latter was something we are still talking about, superb!) The atmosphere was a tad intimidating, probably because I am more used to a casual sushi experience, but the waiter made us feel extremely comfortable & having the menu selected for us helped because it did overwhelm me at first. Again, can't emphasize enough how much the service improved the experience, it made the entire meal.
Vraiment impressionnée par la qualité & l'ambiance de ce restaurant (je le recommanderais à tout le monde si ce n'était pas aussi dispendieux). Le plat de wagyu était délicieux & les sushis sont tout une autre game que les ptits restos sushis que je connais. J'ai essayé d'avoir la playlist mais elle a été créée spécialement pour le restaurant!
I appreciate the manager's thought for moving us to a more intimate/romantic table following our reservation, the sushi rolls were delicious (highly recommend the wagyu maki, wow!). Service was friendly, there is a nice romantic atmosphere, perfect place for a date night with a partner. As the waiter said I won't ever be able to eat sushi the same elsewhere haha. Loved our dinner & my partner enjoyed the sushi as well!
