Magnifique expérience culinaire ce soir. Le restaurant n'était pas très achalandé (mercredi soir de janvier, compréhensible). Bonne combinaison de saveurs, poissons frais & plats magnifiquement présentés. Oui, c'est dispendieux, mais ça en vaut la peine. Vraiment. Je recommande sans hésiter.Voir plus

Bonjour nous avons adoré la qualité de la nourriture. Toutefois, nous avons constaté que le serveur etait plus concentré a gonfler le prix de l'addition. Il aurait pu proposer les memes choix en nous guidant & expliquer les prix ou differentes options. C'est triste car la bouffe etait super mais la surprise a la fin du repas a laissé un goût amer. It's a week after my meal here & I'm still thinking about the nigiri I had there. We got the 12 piece nigiri & each piece had its unique flavours. It's not the typical Japanese sushi you get with just the fish & rice. They had special toppings on it to enhance the flavours. We also got an off menu nigiri that had toro & Hokkaido uni . THAT piece, if available is definitely a must have. It was about ~40 for 2 pieces. Atmosphere is very modern yet a hint traditional. It's great for dates.Voir plus

The portions were small for the price & the taste was nothing special. It took a long time to get the food & they didn't take our orders properly. There was a DJ because it was the end of the year, but it didn't fit the atmosphere at all & they ignored our request to turn down the volume. I don't want to go back there.Voir plus
We had an incredible experience at Sushi Hidden Fish! The service was outstanding, earning a solid 5 stars, & the sushi quality is among the best we've encountered. After dining here, we visited Ryu & Yama, but they simply cannot compete with the premium quality offered at Hidden Fish. The manager was attentive & ensured we felt valued throughout our meal. This is definitely the best place I've visited for sushi. Nigiri are their specialty. Their menu is expensive, but it is justified by the top-notch quality of all the ingredients. Everything I tried was simply delightful. All the plates were incredible. These were the best nigiri I ever tried. Everything was memorable. But the O-Toro nigiri was the highlight. It stood out from all the others. I will never forget the taste... Simply outstanding! The Tuna tataki was insanely good. The maki were also very good. The waiter's knowledge of all the plates & drinks was very impressive. It is obvious that the whole team is professional & offers an incredible service. The inside was beautiful & the atmosphere was very cozy. Desserts were also good. I will certainly come back to try out their other nigiri! I don't know if I will ever enjoy sushi from other restaurants, now that I tasted this quality!!Voir plus
