We booked a table for 2 people sort of last minute on a busy Thursday, & given the place was packed, we happily accepted bar seats. It turned out to be the best decision! The moment I sat down, I was greeted by Maxime, the barman, who was incredibly courteous & very friendly. He instantly prepared a delicious craft cocktail & offered flawless service throughout the night. The food was just as exceptional. The pizzas were truly phenomenal; the difference is in the details: the dough was perfect, the sauce was tasty & fresh, & the ingredients were top-tier. Stella Brasserie Italienne has that perfect combination of electric energy, a great location, a top-notch staff, & a complete menu.

The restaurant was packed, actually there were way too many diners at the time. Because of the lack of space, we were seated at the bar. The service was excellent & the bar tender was very attentive. I ordered the mussels in wine sauce, which tasted okay, but were simply bland & overly filled with sliced onions. The dish was in need of garlic & seasoning, that was very apparent.
Unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning & was up all night & half of the next day after dealing with a very upset stomach. The mussels themselves had to be off as I noticed a good amount that were closed.
It was a disappointing experience given that the service is indeed excellent.
Service très sympathique, mais nourriture décevante. Les raviolis n'étaient pas chauds, le pain du hamburger était mouillé, car la sauce était trop abondante, les frites étaient froides & le brownie était sec. Bref, nous n'y retournerons pas.
Food is unfortunately not great. The mussels in tomato sauce tasted exactly like it came straight from a canned pasta sauce, & the mussel quality itself seemed borderline spoiled. The fungus pasta had almost no flavour, & the sauce was extremely watery. Overall, a disappointing meal.
We sat outside on a beautiful day & relaxed. Our food was kinda expensive to taste that average. I had normal pasta without a salad for quite a bit of money on a weekday lunch. The service was excellent. My teenager scraped quite a lot of mayonnaise sauce off his burger so he could eat it. We are from the US so maybe the price & excessive mayo is normal & we just don't know. They atmosphere & service made up for the food but I would pick a different spot next time.
Beef tartare was pretty good, having flowers almost mixed in was a bit unnecessary though. Tiramisu was a massive blob but it tasted like it should. Fruit tartlet was kinda gross despite the presentation. I think it was the pink cream on top that tasted very off. The fruit & pastry part were fine. The apple sauce drizzle on the side was unnecessary. Raspberry foam cocktail was amazing. The Naked & Shameless cocktail was less great. Nice open space with a lot of natural light. Cute decor. Server was polite & efficient but kept spilling water every time he served it. Made a mistake with the order but rectified it quickly.

Magnifique restaurant idéalement situé dans le quartier des spectacles. Malheureusement, nous avons été un peu déçues. En apéro, le Bloody Ceasar était fade. Même les olives qui l'agrémentaient étaient sans goût. En entrée le carpaccio, servi avec des tomates séchées, était délicieux. En plat principal, la sauce de la salade césar ne goûtait pas la sauce maison, le poulet semblait avoir été bouilli plutôt que grillé, les croûtons étaient miniatures & semblaient aussi venir du commerce & il n'y avait pas de bacon!
Stopped in for dinner before going to a show at PDA. There was noone to greet us at door. We waited about 5 mins before someone came. We were seated & handed menus. They seemed to be short staffed. There was a bartender/waiter, a waitress/hostess, & another waiter. At first it wasn't too busy, but it got busier afterwards. We ordered one mock tail & 2 plates of bangers & mash. Was surprised when we got our plates, basically it was 6 breakfast sausages in sauce & a small portion of liquid mashed potatoes, that for 24$. It looked like cafeteria or prison fare. We ate because we were hungry, it didn't taste bad but certainly didn't live up to the price. I had to ask for bread & butter it didn't come with the meal. I half expected to be charged for it. Needless to say we won't be going back. We don't recommend.
Pas de service de cocktail en plein temps des fêtes. Les saveurs des repas sont bien agencées, par contre certains portions très petites. Pour les moules, plus de la moitiés des coquilles étaient vides & pas de moules détachées n'ont plus dans la sauce. Pour payer ce prix, il y a de bien meilleurs restaurant. C'est décevant puisque l'emplacement pour manger est idéal avant un spectacle.

L'impression de manger dans un restaurant américain. Très rapide, nourriture garrochée dans l'assiette & cuisson inconstante entre les éléments dans l'assiette, certains chauds, d'autres tièdes ou froid & légumes trop cuit & trempant dans une sauce particulière & d'autres carrément crus.... Vraiment déçue , j'aimais bien ce restaurant.
Bonjour, malheureusement, ce restaurant n'a pas répondu à mes attentes gustatives.
Le velouté d'oignons a été servi tiède.
La croquette de poisson était bonne & bien présentée.
La portion de saumon confit était petite & la sauce étrangement vinaigrée.
Le Paris-brest, praliné, crème légère aux noisettes, coeur coulant: 1- aucun coeur coulant 2- la 2e crème (celle qui n'était pas aux noisettes) était beaucoup trop salée!
Heureusement, le sancerre L'étincelle était bon &, surtout, le jeune serveur tout à fait aimable, poli & attentionné (ex. il a, de son initiative, amené une 2nde tranche de citron pour la canette d'eau pétillante commandée en fin de repas alors qu'une 1ere tranche avait été demandée pour l'eau ordinaire durant le repas). Je ne connais pas son nom mais il arborait un piercing septum (cartilage entre les deux narines).
J'ai tout adoré. La nourriture était excellente, tout comme l'accueil & le service. + pour les calamars la sauce & la tarte au pomme. L'atmosphère est très agréable & les filles ont tenu compte de mon commentaire concernant l'anniversaire de mon amie & nous avons eu sans réclamer une bougie, merci c'était super.

I was at your restaurant last night for dinner with my aunt. She ordered the duck which she could not eat because the meat was too tough. You took it back & she ordered the beef tartare instead. When the waitress brought the bill she apologized saying the manager said she had to pay for the duck $34 but you wouldn't charge for the beef tartare $19. You even had the audacity to charge $3 for the extra sauce that was ordered with the duck. This woman is a world traveler & has eaten in many upscale restaurants. This is the first time she has returned a dish. She paid the bill because she is the type of person you does not want to cause any trouble. Needless to say that she was very disappointed as duck is one of her favourite dish. She did love the beef tartare.
Amazing!!!! :-))))))))))))))))))))))) I had the Spaghetti, it was HEAVEN!!!! my friend had these amazing potatoes which were incredible with this sauce , I did not want the taste to stop!! The drinks were just incredible , i have had some different ones & THEY ARE MY FAVORITE, NO ONE COMES CLOSE!!!! Cant wait to come back!!! :-))))))))))))))))))))))))
