After nearly a decade of serving pizza lovers, Stella is expanding its culinary journey with a brand new restaurant concept in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles. This latest location introduces an Italian brasserie, where the menu goes far beyond pizza to include fresh pasta, tartares, grilled meats, and other brasserie-style specialties, alongside the signature artisanal pizzas.
Crafted by chef Alessandro Bleve, the menu highlights authentic Italian flavors and traditional dishes prepared with care. Located in the Esplanade Tranquille pavilion on Sainte-Catherine Street, the new space features an inviting dining room that seats 120 guests and a terrace with 40 additional seats.
