La serveuse étais super bête avec nous ça parraissait qu'elle ne voyait pas être là & notre boisson étais composé que de glace & nous avons payée 7$ pour ça.
I placed a DoorDash order on Saturday February 14th at 11:18AM. My dasher got to the store like 5 minutes later. You refused to touch my order for 40 minutes saying that you were serving customer who are in store first. So you're telling me that i'm not a customer too? You're making this dasher who literally makes like $3.50 from this run wait almost an hour. You couldn't make ONE matcha latte this whole time? He asked three times & you told him you wouldn't touch a mobile order while there are customers in the store. Maybe if you cant handle mobile orders, turn them off for a certain time of day? You guys need to better manage your rush hour if this is what you're doing.
I ended up cancelling my order at like 12:05 because I didn't want this poor man to stand there not making any money because your employees were refusing to make my beverage.
This is my favourite Starbucks location in the entire world & if it falls next in the apparent manhunt against Montreal Starbucks establishments I will spend the rest of my life avenging it
Depuis quelques mois je prends mon double expresso ici. Je dois dire que l'endroit est exceptionnel. Je fréquente les Starbucks & celui-ci est hors normes.
L'atmosphère des équipes est si chaleureux que ça déteint dans le café.
C'est un arrêt' obligé' pour se faire plaisir.

They forgot to give me a straw twice dont get doordash from there incompetant workers for real how do you mess up at the easiest job honestly baffling but hey
Le service était décevant, notamment en raison d'un accueil froid & d'un manque de professionnalisme. L'établissement était sale & la prise en charge par les serveurs, en particulier Gabriel au service de cueillette mobile, a été particulièrement insatisfaisante.
