Review Summary

Reviews depict a Starbucks experience with warmth, consistency, and a few drawbacks. Baristas are described as friendly and the service often quick, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere that suits both relaxation and work. Some notes celebrate this location as exceptional and among the best in Montreal, while others call Starbucks generic or prefer privately owned cafes for a more local feel. Positive feedback highlights reliable coffee and tea quality and staff who brighten afternoons, but some comments point to occasional variability in service and value. Practical concerns include restrictions like a bathroom code and occasional cleanliness issues, along with perceptions that price could be higher than expected. Taken together, the reviews depict a popular, dependable stop with strong customer service and solid drinks, tempered by mixed opinions on price, consistency, and amenities.

Great frappuccinos & good hot chocolate. Amazing service & staff.

Starbucks is always such a disappointment for me. I do not drink coffee so I do not often go to one, but when a friend wants a coffee I sometimes join them for a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was fine, definitely not worth the price, but it was ok. I did ask for a mug as I was drinking it there, but they do not have that option, so you must use a throw away cup. They also do not encourage their patrons to bring their own mugs to avoid the waste. As a leader in the industry Starbucks could do a lot of good, but instead they do nothing, thus I prefer to go to local shops that care about the community & planet.
