Over 15 mins for black coffee (after placing order). As someone who frequents airports everyday; YYZ starbucks runs like a well-oiled machine, YUL is absolutely dreadful.
I just made a formal complaint with YUL regarding the Starbucks near gate 86. DISGUSTING employees who mocked & humiliated & shouted at my daughter when trying to return a coffee that was not what she asked for. Other customers around her had to intervene. They called her dumb & stupid & accused her of the wildest things. These 4 girls working on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 around 3pm EDT need to be fired & Starbucks needs to offer an apology. She left the counter in tears & extremely off put.

My friend waited 15 mins even though very few people in line. My coffee was cold & there was no cream in the jug. 2 guys who did not appear to know what they were doing & were in no rush todo anything at all. Either be happy to have a job or go do something else. I use Starbucks all the time but I'll be giving this location a miss for a long time.

The teller was extremely rude to myself & the customer in front of me about the iCoupon program with the Airport ( meal vouchers for delayed & rerouted flights.) I tried to explain the situation & she was dismissive & cold. Would recommend going to the Tim Hortons across the hall. Very rude service.
Horrible customer service, I asked for lactose free milk, which they did not have. Instead of telling me they didn't have it, thet have me regular milk. When I asked if it was lactose free they said they don't have any & gave me regular milk. I asked for them to change it, the girl gave me a really hard time & threw my other drink in the sink.
The worst Starbucks ever. I waited 30 minutes for just 3 sandwiches. The staff is incredibly rude-no'hello,' no smile, no basic politeness. To top it off, they couldn't even get the order right. The labels said bacon, but they put mozzarella sandwiches in the bag instead. Extremely disappointing & a total waste of time. Avoid this location!

I don't think 3 people could be more inefficient . People have flights to take ! This is supposed to be quick coffee pickup. Could have had a sit down meal for the same time.
There is regular Starbucks, & in Alberta . . . Safeway Starbucks & then, there's always an airport Starbucks. In Quebec, it's a little French & a little more tax but man, they made it nicely HOT & I got my fix, well done.
