Barista not friendly. She was not really a Barista as I had to add the raw sugar in. I wanted Stevia but they never have it here. Terrible Starbucks.

The worst Starbucks ever. I waited 30 minutes for just 3 sandwiches. The staff is incredibly rude-no'hello,' no smile, no basic politeness. To top it off, they couldn't even get the order right. The labels said bacon, but they put mozzarella sandwiches in the bag instead. Extremely disappointing & a total waste of time. Avoid this location!

I don't think 3 people could be more inefficient . People have flights to take ! This is supposed to be quick coffee pickup. Could have had a sit down meal for the same time.
Took 30mins to get a coffee & sandwich.

There is regular Starbucks, & in Alberta . . . Safeway Starbucks & then, there's always an airport Starbucks. In Quebec, it's a little French & a little more tax but man, they made it nicely HOT & I got my fix, well done.

Snail-paced service at the Starbucks near gate C83. Worst however, was seeing an employee handle garbage extensively (no gloves) who didn't bother to wash her hands before handling food (literally reassembled sandwich).

Service was ok. Staff seemed intense but handled everyone very well. Drinks were good. Its built at an odd angle so its difficult to be in line to order & be in line for receiving your drinks. One employee mocked a woman who was trying to speak french. Kinda weird.

Yeah, there's a reason why there's so many one stars here..... It's actually comical for an airport. If you're looking to grab a quick coffee before your flight, jerry, you will most likely miss your flight.

The coffee was excellent, but the staff was short-staffed. There was only one cashier & one person taking orders while there were many customers in line.
