Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here.

When I arrived, I said hello & was ready to place my order, but the cashier completely ignored me & continued having a conversation with another person.

I waited until they finished & said hello again, but still didn't receive a greeting or any acknowledgment.

We ordered a maple syrup cinnamon latte, but when our drinks arrived, we received a regular latte instead. When we pointed out the mistake, instead of remaking the drink the cashier simply sprinkled cinnamon on top & gave us some maple syrup in a small paper cup.

What disappointed me the most was the lack of customer service throughout the entire interaction. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, & no effort to make the situation right.

Mistakes happen that's completely understandable. But how you handle a mistake matters. Unfortunately, the service we received made us feel completely ignored & unwelcome

I really like the concept behind Spirulina, & I've tried many different locations. Unfortunately, this one has disappointed me every single time. I've given it three chances, hoping the experience would improve, but it never did.

The biggest issue is the staff's attitude. They come across as indifferent & simply don't seem to care. If your order is made incorrectly, there is little concern about fixing it. On one visit, I even saw an employee standing behind another employee just chatting instead of helping, & they clearly weren't being trained while the wait line was getting long.

The service is also incredibly slow. Waiting 15 minutes for a smoothie is unreasonable, especially when the store isn't particularly busy.

What bothered me the most happened twice: my smoothie cup made my hands smell like onions because the employee prepared a salad first & didn't change their gloves before making my drink. That's completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.

To make matters worse, this is also the least pleasant Spirulina location to sit & enjoy your order.

Upper management should really pay attention to the recurring reviews for this location. There are clearly ongoing issues that need to be addressed.

Je viens de prendre ma commande ,j'ai demander un verre d'eau que le Mr a la caisse refuse de me donner en disant comme quoi c'est interdit alors que juste a cote j'ai vu la dame avec un iced water spirulina cup next to there stand what a shame or just because im not white vraiment la honte il ne mérite meme pas le tips que j'ai laissé
