Extremely disappointing experience at your Royalmount location. The'strawberry matcha' tasted nothing like matcha & had zero trace of strawberry flavor. It was bland, poorly made, & frankly not worth drinking. What made it worse was the staff insisting it was correct instead of acknowledging the issue. Charging $10 CAD for something of this quality is unacceptable. If you're going to price drinks at a premium, the ingredients & preparation need to reflect that-this didn't come close.
A sad chicken avo [dish]. I have eaten things without any joy, but this one is surely the saddest meal I've ever had in my life. Nice & fresh ingredients, but made without love. The rim of my plate was dirty - really dirty
The Santorini salad is good. Though the butternut soup is a big no. I couldn't even finish it. Too much spices & very spicy. The service is a big zero, a big no. Very rude & nonchalant cashier. Wouldn't recommend going there for the service. Maybe go to another Spirulina for their salad.
Everything took 10 mins from ordering to receiving our food. Staff is super nice & respectful. I've tried multiple items off their menu & everything tastes fresh.

First time trying Spirulina at Royalmount. I got'The Chick' chicken salad & avocado on sourdough & the'Strawberry Glaze' smoothie. Both were clean & simple ingredients but lots of flavour! Very very filling. Loved them. Pricey but this is what it is nowadays! Can't wait to try more from their menu.
