First time trying Spirulina at Royalmount. I got'The Chick' chicken salad & avocado on sourdough & the'Strawberry Glaze' smoothie. Both were clean & simple ingredients but lots of flavour! Very very filling. Loved them. Pricey but this is what it is nowadays! Can't wait to try more from their menu.

Ordered at 12:05. Sandwich took not even 7 minutes, but by 12:35 I finally got my daughters açai bowl. 30 minutes for a smoothie in a bowl! That also means I waited 30 minutes to eat my stale & cold sandwhich. Very disappointed. But my daughter very much enjoyed her bowl.

Edit: forgot to mention that there was 10 workers at the time. All that staff yet not fast & sufficient enough outcome.

Lovely selection of healthy smoothies, salads & sandwiches. Great for vegan & non vegan options! Staff is friendly. The price is high but still worth considering.

I tried almost all the smoothies after gym. My favorites are pb&j (it is on the photo) & clean green detox (something like that).
I've got a salad & a smoothie this time. The salad was really flavorful. However, a smoothie + salad was a lot for me. I keep half of the salad for later.

Also, nice environment & friendly employee. I like this place so far.

Insane lineups at lunch time on rainy Sunday. Slow service, single line for ordering.

Smoothies should be a separate cash as it's popular, or rather process shorter orders to prepare intermixed with longer orders.

Total wait time till filling my order since waiting in line (one smoothie): 26 minutes !!!

Almond dream smoothie (no protein powder): 3/5

Very clean, friendly staff but on slow mo mode.
