Food was ok but definitely not good enough for the price. Some all you can eat sushi places with the same rate has such high quality food, but not this one. Bathrooms were disgusting. Service was alright. But if you want good food, go somewhere else.

Went to this restaurant with a friend of mine yesterday & it was a memorable experience. The sushi was one of the best I had in a while, very fresh. The place is very cozy (though slightly dimmer lights would make it even better!), the staff is very kind (shoutout to the waitress who gave impeccable service!)
I will absolutely go back when I can & will probably be my go-to spot for sushi when I get a craving & I'm in the area!

I had such a great experience at SOZO sushi. My friends & I loved the sushi & the freshness of the fish. The staffs are also super friendly & professional especially for the waitress with tattoos. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Not a top fancy sushi place, but that's what I want a lot of the time: a very good quality & quantity for the price sushi place. One I can enjoy the quality, be full by the end of it, & not break the bank, & Sozo fits the bill. Definitely split one of the larger plates/boats if you're with friends. Staff very receptive to any small changes incase of dietary restrictions

Loved the Wong tong soup. Me & my husband loved the dragon eye sushi & the fancy, clean atmosphere was outstanding. I hope this business thrives & I will definitely stop by next time I'm hungry.❤🤗🍥🍶👼🇯🇵
Sozo Sushi in Montreal is a real treasure the quality & freshness of the sushi are second to none. Their nigiri is simply outstanding, & the shrimp tempura I had was crisp & delicious. The variety of sushi is unique & refreshing, making every visit a new experience. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, & professional. The sushi rolls, especially the special roll, were beautifully presented & tasted amazing. The creative & fun display added an extra touch to the dining experience. We took the 28 pieces sushi option for 2 people. It included Miso soup & Shrimp tempura. Food portion was generous. Sozo Sushi shines with its fresh ingredients, excellent service, & warm environment. Highly recommend a visit.

This restaurant just offer sushi roll, no sashimi! It is well known that for sushi to be delicious, in addition to the ingredients, rice is also very important. Every step from selecting rice to cooking vinegar rice cannot be sloppy. The vinegar rice made with smaller special sushi rice has better stickiness & a slight sweetness. But here did not do that! The price-performance ratio is not high. The meal price is basically paid for the white rice, & there are too few other ingredients.
We've finally found a local sushi spot in Montreal that is actually good. Once we tried SoZu we haven't been able to bring ourselves to go back to our old local & haven't felt the need to keep looking for better options. The quality & flavour here is just better for the price, we love it. The staff is also very nice & the returant is cute, but we always order for pick-up.
