I placed an order through their website, an hour later, no status update, so I called to make sure everything was alright. The staff seemed confused as to what happened with my order. Once I transcribed my submitted address, which is downtown, the man on the phone told me I needed to order $30-40 minimum to have them deliver into my neighborhood. Nowhere on their website does it mention about area limits or minimum purchases to be qualified. I spent an hour hungry & waiting only to find this out on my own. The man on the phone kept insisting on getting my number, i asked him why he needed it, he kept saying it was to call me back to apologize, which made no sense because he already said so about 3 times, & also mentioned to let me know about what happened, which made less sense because I know what happened! YOU JUST EXPLAINED IT! How does one need to call me back to re-iterate the same things that are currently being discussed? I kept telling him I was done with this conversation because I now need to figure out my situation as he's unwilling to provide me with the service I initially requested (In his words, he kept saying he "can't", but it's that he won't). After a while of back & forth, he just hung up, & for some reason I see their number dialed mine twice & was immediately hung up. Very poor service & poor strategy. Not wasting my time with them ever again.

*Edit: About an hour after my conversation, a driver buzzed at my door saying he's delivering. What in the what The previous man hung up the phone on me & I repeated to him multiple times that I was cancelling my order because I couldn't afford his minimum & all around didn't want to continue with them because of this poor experience. After giving me a speech about paying drivers & their time needed to deliver in my area, he wasted the time of one to continue on regardless. *

Nous avons fait livrer & ça fait 2heures & nous n'avons toujours pas reçu la commande. S'il ne sont pas capable de livrer jusqu'à Griffintown qu'il ne l'offre pas! Après avoir appelé 2 fois pour me plaindre que c'était long le propriétaire m'a dit que le livreur était à la porte mais 30 min plus tard ce n'était toukoirs pas le cas. Il ne m'a même pas offert un rabais, il m'a dit quil allalit me donner quelque chose de gratuit à la prochaine commande...ben oui comme si j'allais commander quelque chose à nouveau!
