I ordered rice platter with lamb. The meat was just perfect! Juicy & tender! & the price was good compared to the amount of food.
The manager was very friendly & because it was our first time, they offered dessert for free & also a salad with discount.
Girl without exaggeration this is the best EVER Caesar salad I've eaten in my life. If you are a Caesar salad person, GO HERE. Cheap, & SO good. Plus the people who work here are like angels soooo a win is a win.

I love this place. My partner & I ordered chicken gyros (mine with salad). The chicken gyros are made with grilled chicken breast, fresh & hot, lightly seasoned, just the right amount of dressing, & light on the salt, which I appreciate. The salad was made with fresh romaine lettuce.
The portions are generous, & it's a good place to have a casual meal on the terrasse with friends, since the menu items are easy to share & the prices are fair. They now serve spanakopita, which I hope to try next time. I see that there are stools & a counter for dining indoors now, since the renovations were finished. Even though it was busy, the service was quick & friendly.
I know that the last few years have been tough for the restaurant business, so cheers to them for keeping it going, & let's all support local, family-run places the next time we dine out.
Soo gooood! I got the gyro & wooow ! I'm still thinking about it the next day lol the pita is soo fresh & so was the salad! We ubered it but I'll definitely be going back

We rolled into town for a hockey tournament & needed to feed our hungry squad of 60. Enter: Souvlaki George. & let me tell you-this place DELIVERED.

We have been going to Georges for many years. In the summer we sit outside, but when weather is not great we pickup. The food is always fresh (you can tell by the salad quality), & always delicious, The staff is always helpful. We started going there when George was still running it with his children & wife. Now the children have taken over & they are continuing in the same tradition. I always have Veggie Pita, its stuffed & "juicy". Their tzatziki is far & away my all time favorite. When we think of pick up, Georges is the first place we go. Lewis & Rose
We ordered the Pita Yero sandwich platter with French fries & salad. The food was beyond delicious. Everything was fresh & the French fries were out of this world tasty. Crisp & cooked perfectly. #1 in my Greek restaurants. Will definitely return regularly & try some of the other numerous items on the menu. Thanks George!
More of a takeout / sitting outside in the summer place. Since it's a tiny counter inside Although Pretty much the whole plate was good Crispy salad. Nice potatoes Chicken , lamp , better than your average Greek joint. Tiny tadziki was not extra. Guy at the counter was a peach Lovely place

A lovely family run business that we were able to try after hearing about them from friends. George is the father & works in the kitchen... presumably the reason for the tasty food! Both the food & service were excellent! My grilled chicken salad was super fresh. The only room for improvement was that the patio tables were all greasy from previous diners & could've used a wipe down. But overall, I would come back & try more items.
Great little gem in NDG, that has been open since 1988. The place is very well known by the Loyola students, as that is how we first discovered it. The food's quality has not changed since then, the meats are really well seasoned, the salad is amazing (hello addictive yellow salad dressing!) & don't forget the greek potatoes, they are so flavourful! The meats are very well seasoned, like better than SOOOOO many places. We also had calamari which were crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside, with an amazing dipping sauce! The spanakopita are fresh, homemade & huge, the best we tried so far! Everything is homemade & you can taste it!
I've been ordering from Souvlaki George my whole life & in my opinion, it's a highly underrated Greek spot. Their gyro pita, chicken, pork are all delicious!!! I'm not even a fan of French fries & I find them the best. Everything is made in house, including the salad dressing which is also so good. It's a family-owned restaurant & they're so sweet. Great service. Big terrasse in the summer to dine in outside. Highly recommend ordering your Greek food from there from now on (they have their own drivers - go through them directly!)
Hidden gem!!!! Delicious Pitas-plates & salads. Service is quick & friendly. My go to spot in NDG I order from here at least once a week & I'm always satisfied :)
