Je suis très déçue de mon expérience dans cette boulangerie. Il y a eu un simple problème avec la machine de paiement, un problème qui ne dépendait pas de moi, mais la caissière m'a parlé avec un manque de respect & une attitude très désagréable.

Au lieu de chercher une solution ou de rester professionnelle, elle m'a fait sentir comme si j'étais responsable du problème. En tant que cliente, je m'attends à être traitée avec courtoisie, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit d'un problème technique.

C'est dommage, car la qualité des produits est bonne, mais le service à la clientèle est tout aussi important. J'espère que la direction prendra ce commentaire au sérieux afin qu'aucun autre client n'ait à vivre une expérience semblable.

I went in because of good reviews on their croissants. I went on a Friday afternoon at 5pm. It tasted like supermarche croissants. Very bad. The best croissants are down the street at Pâtisserie de la Gare
