I walked into this location thinking As I had such a great experience at the other location that it might not be the same! Man was I wrong.
It had more energetic atmosphere but man were the cakes just as yummyyyyyyy.
I don't visit this side of Quebec often but I know the next time I do, I am dropping by again.
The staff were super sweet & with genuine smiles!
You could tell they enjoy working there, which of course means you know you are gonna get great care put into your order.

I have an issue with textures, but can i tell you. If i could I would have eaten 3 of the smaller cakes!!!
If i had more room, i left with 2 anyways hahahahaha.

Delicious soufflé, the taste is amazing & fluffy texture ! Comparable to a Japanese jiggly cheesecake but a little bit more firm. You can definitely eat an entire cake 🤣

J'ai découvert la pâtisserie Soufflé récemment & j'ai tellement aimé que je suis revenue en acheter un autre aujourd'hui. Franchement, c'est délicieux. On sent la qualité, le soin & la passion dans chaque bouchée. Un vrai plaisir gourmand. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Les boissons étaient excellentes, surtout le mojito bleuet, & le service était impeccable, très chaleureux. Quant aux desserts, ils étaient eux aussi exceptionnels ; j'en ai acheté un & j'ai dû y retourner pour en prendre deux autres.

Une amie m'a amené ici pour acheter un gâteau pour le dîner. Hamida a rendu ma première expérience avec ce délicieux gâteau très agréable! Elle nous a proposé des échantillons & a décoré notre gâteau de manière magnifique. J'ai hâte de le déguster ce soir! Merci :)
Pour commencer, l'accueil & le professionnalisme est chaleureux.
Ce Gâteau japonais est une tuerie, c'etait ma premiere expérience & j'y retournerais chaque fois que j'irai a st bruno.
C'est rendu MON dessert préferé, c'est excellent & je le recommande!
