If there is one dessert I could eat every single day for the rest of my life. It is the Japanese cheesecake from soufflé. Hands down the BEST cake I ever ate in my life. I am quite literally obsessed🥲 You won't be disappointed! & service is always top notch, so kind & friendly!

Service exceptionnel, beaucoup de patience pour notre première fois, très attentionné & courtois. Nous étions curieux d'entrer & c'est sûr que maintenant à chaque fois au Promenade Saint -Bruno nous allons passer nous gâter!!!

I walked into this location thinking As I had such a great experience at the other location that it might not be the same! Man was I wrong.
It had more energetic atmosphere but man were the cakes just as yummyyyyyyy.
I don't visit this side of Quebec often but I know the next time I do, I am dropping by again.
The staff were super sweet & with genuine smiles!
You could tell they enjoy working there, which of course means you know you are gonna get great care put into your order.

I have an issue with textures, but can i tell you. If i could I would have eaten 3 of the smaller cakes!!!
If i had more room, i left with 2 anyways hahahahaha.

Delicious soufflé, the taste is amazing & fluffy texture ! Comparable to a Japanese jiggly cheesecake but a little bit more firm. You can definitely eat an entire cake 🤣
This place is amazing! The owners are great people & very kind, they will prepare everything fresh. The cheesecake is outstanding, you will not regret it.

J'ai découvert la pâtisserie Soufflé récemment & j'ai tellement aimé que je suis revenue en acheter un autre aujourd'hui. Franchement, c'est délicieux. On sent la qualité, le soin & la passion dans chaque bouchée. Un vrai plaisir gourmand. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Les boissons étaient excellentes, surtout le mojito bleuet, & le service était impeccable, très chaleureux. Quant aux desserts, ils étaient eux aussi exceptionnels ; j'en ai acheté un & j'ai dû y retourner pour en prendre deux autres.
