Une magnifique découverte que ce restaurant. Les sushis sont tlmt frais, les spécialités sont tlmt beau & trop bons. Les plats sont originaux & les portions sont généreuses. Le service est impeccable.

The food is just fine, the avocado maki I ordered is not even fresh, it looked rotten. nothing special about it, though plating is nice. What I don't like is the attitude of the waitress. No smile at all, & she looked impatient so I got a bit scared of asking questions. I would not recommend it, & I will definitely not come back again. If you don't mind driving 10 more minutes, there are much more nicer Japanese restaurants in Brossard, delicious & unique, waiter & waitress are not giving you a grumpy face.

Je voyage beaucoup & j'ai la chance de goûter à une grande variété de cuisines. Je suis une grande amatrice de sushi, & je dois dire - après en avoir essayé dans de nombreux endroits, SOGEN est tout simplement le meilleur !

Si vous y allez, commandez les spécialités ! Elles sont non seulement présentées de façon spectaculaire avec des fleurs fraîches, mais chacune est accompagnée de sa propre sauce unique, comme un bon vin qui accompagne parfaitement un plat raffiné.

Je recommande vivement ! C'est toujours un plaisir de manger sur place ou de commander à emporter chez SOGEN.

Au passage, n'hésitez pas à demander les pièces de dégustation'hors menu' - elles sont absolument délicieuses ! C'est peut-être un peu cher, mais chaque bouchée vaut largement son prix.

I travel a lot & have the chance to try a wide variety of foods. I'm a big fan of sushi, & I have to say-after trying it in many different places, SOGEN is simply the best!

If you go there, order the specialties! Not only are they spectacularly presented with fresh flowers, but each one comes with its own distinct sauce, like pairing a fine wine with a great meal.

Highly recommended! It's always a pleasure to dine in or order takeout from SOGEN.

By the way, don't hesitate to ask for the'off-menu' tasting pieces-they're absolutely delicious! It might be a bit pricey, but every single bite is well worth your money.

Nous avons adoré le Sogen! Le service était rapide & les sushis étaient délicieux. La présentation des plats est très appréciée. Nous recommandons la spécialité Truffe Roll! Il est certain que nous y retournerons pour essayer d'autres spécialités.

Very bad experience with the table host. We reserved a table at 6pm. At least 4 tables available & she insisted we take a table that's dark & couldn't see anything. She tried to explain that our table can do 2 seating while the other one can't because the other one is reserved at 630pm? Made us stand there debating for a table.... It's a table omg! Anyways other than that, our waitress gave us the better table with more light. Her name was Yen & she made the evening a lot better. Service was great, staff was great at refills & the food had very nice presentation. Would come back & recommended.

I had an unforgettable dining experience at this sushi restaurant! The romantic ambiance set the perfect tone for the evening, with cozy tables that felt intimate yet welcoming. The staff were absolutely delightful-not intrusive, but always there just when needed, creating a seamless & enjoyable experience. & the food was simply outstanding! Each dish was beautifully presented & tasted as amazing as it looked. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for exceptional sushi & a charming atmosphere.

Good restaurants with a pleasant atmosphere-quieter than some other places. The rolls were good & quite large, though adding Philadelphia cheese would have been a nice touch. The service was attentive, & I particularly enjoyed fried rolls, with nice amount of salmon. I would recommend this place for a relaxed dining experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this Japanese restaurant! The ambiance was lovely, & the staff were incredibly polite & friendly. The sushi was fabulous, & the pad thai was great too. I highly recommend dining here!

Je suis aller a l’inauguration du resto & j'ai adorer ce resto, la décoration superbe, la nourriture exquise, bonne carte de vin, les employés & les propriétaires sont merveilleux, je vous recommande cette adresse, pour un 5 à 7, pour un souper romantique, en famille, ou avec des amis.
