I ate a bowl with half Jasmin rice, half lentils. The house sauce was yummy & creamy. The vegetables & herbs were so fresh. The pork with the lemongrass sauce was morning I've ever had before. 100% recommend. Their ginger oatmeal cookies & matcha cookies are a great dessert to have because they're not too sweet. I enjoy their iced matcha latte as well. The staff is great & friendly, the restaurant is spacious, beautiful & clean.

SkyBird recently opened a sleek new location in Pierrefonds, & trust me-if you're looking for a fresh, feel-good lunch, this place needs to be on your radar.

The space is bright, airy, & spotless, with warm light wood accents & a mirrored wall that makes everything feel even more open & modern.

Now, let's talk food. I built a custom Sky Bowl with half white, half brown rice & loaded it up with pineapple, peppers, tomatoes, onions, corn, bean sprouts, & their new vegan Thai chicken. I topped it all off with Japanese barbecue sauce & a sprinkle of Asian crispy crackers. The vegan chicken had an impressively meaty texture & soaked up every drop of that smoky-sweet sauce. Flavorful, satisfying, & light-just how I like my midday meals.

But I couldn't stop there. I also ordered the chicken bánh mì, leveled up with spicy gochujang sauce-& wow. The bread was warm & perfectly crisp, the chicken juicy, & that sauce? Bold, tangy, & fiery in the best way. It brought the whole sandwich together & made each bite seriously crave-worthy. A little messy, but worth it.

& of course, no visit is complete without a treat. I grabbed my favorite matcha oatmeal cookie-soft, chewy, & perfectly balanced with that subtle, earthy matcha flavor. Always a good call.

To wash it all down, I tried their canned Thai tea over ice-super refreshing & a great way to round out the meal.

SkyBird is nailing the fresh, fast, & flavorful formula. Whether you're vegan or just craving a healthy & vibrant lunch, this spot delivers.

Foxy Tip: Don't skip the gochujang on your bánh mì (thank me later), & whatever you do-grab that matcha oatmeal cookie for dessert. It's the little things.

Skybird Asian Grill is bright & clean. We have ordered pick up & taken out on two different occasions & have thoroughly enjoyed our Asian fusion bowls. Ingredients were fresh & plentiful. The staff were incredibly welcoming & friendly. So happy to have Skybird Asian Grill in our neighbourhood, we look forward to enjoying their menu regularly. So many fresh ingredients that you can enjoy a different combination every visit, plus the Banh Mi that we look forward to experiencing.

Our first time at Skybird Fresh Asian Grill was very nice & accommodating thanks to Adam! Very easy & simple to understand the process. Food was delicious if you like Asian flavours. Would recommend to anyone & will definitely be back!
