Siamo Noi, qui signifie "Nous, tout simplement", est un projet de cœur. C’est danser dans votre cuisine un dimanche soir tranquille, sans autre souci que votre verre de vin et la cuillère en bois caressant votre poêle, donnant vie à l’expression « fait avec amour ».
Siamo Noi, c’est notre cœur dans chaque assiette. Fort de ses nombreuses années dans l’industrie, le Chef Marco Bertoldini rend hommage aux classiques de la cuisine italienne tout en y insufflant une touche contemporaine, créant une expérience empreinte à la fois de nostalgie et de rêverie.
Spécialisés dans les pâtes faites à la main, nous avons conçu notre menu avec les meilleurs ingrédients en provenance d’Italie et d’Europe, équilibrés avec des produits locaux , pour offrir une expérience résolument montréalaise.

While a pain to find the entrance - once you know, it's OK. Loved the speakeasy type bar entrance on ground level. Elevator up one floor & it's a whole different vibe. Beautiful decor. Superb food! Try the cod & olive to start. As well, the scallop & apple (or was it pear?) Was devine! The focaccia was served with a teeny dollop of green olive tapenade & olive oil - it was jam packed with flavor! Yummy! Pizzas were tooooo gooood! Too many gojd things to mention.. don't skip the key lime pie for dessert! Next time I will try some of the pasta dishes... service was great (thanks Vasili, or was it Gianni??? 😉 )Voir plus

A little wait on my food but thanks to Bass for taking care of me!! First day as a manager at Siamo Noi for him if i am not mistaken & hopefully not the last. Littles details are what's important for a restaurant & he definitely knows that. I will come back soon for sure with my wife again!

So I walk into Siamo Noi at Royalmount, & right away, I feel like I just stepped into one of those cool New York hip restaurants-dim lighting, fancy marble, & chandeliers bigger than my nonna's attitude. You know, the kind of place where guys named Gino take their goomahs for a'business dinner.' The pasta? Not bad, but my zia Concetta could make better with one hand stirring & the other smacking my cugi for not calling her back. Would I come back?
