In the spring of 2025, the 22nd Shaker Cuisine & Mixologie location will open in St-Hubert! Established in the former Wild Wings restaurant, the building will be renovated to feature our signature industrial-chic decor. This location will have everything to charm you, from delicious cocktails to tartares and gourmet burgers!

Notre groupe de 4 personnes est allé au restaurant Shaker pour la St-Valentin. C'était notre première visite. Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire, Tommy, & avons été servis par Marie-Lune. Nous avons consommés du tataki de thon, des tomates & mozzarella de bufflone, divers tatares (boeuf royal, saumon tobiko, homard & crevettes) ainsi que la bavette de boeuf. On s'est aussi permis le « Brownie qui tue » ainsi que des cafés alcoolisés « Shaker ». Tout était excellent & au-delà de nos attentes. Le propriétaire & notre serveuse ont rendu notre expérience magnifique. Nous y retournerons définitivement. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Nous avons reçu un excellent service ce soir. C'était notre première visite. On a bien aime l'ambiance (musique agréable & son pas trop fort, on arrivait à se parler). Les entrées sont très bonnes (les dumplings au boeuf sont incroyables!) & les repats principaux également. C'est abordable, ils ont des journées avec des spéciaux. On va certainement y retourner.

Belle déco, service attentif & présent. Le tartare au boeuf classique n'était pas assez relevé, mais avec un peu de sauce piquante, ça allait. Le tartare tobiko était délicieux! L'entrée de mozzarella & tomates manquait de tomates, mais le fromage était délicieux & fondant. Beau bistro de quartier avec des offres le fun comme le champagne au prix du cost deux fois par semaine. Plusieurs plats ont l'air délicieux, c'est sûr que j'y retournerai pour en essayer.
