Nous sommes arrivés à 17:30, nous avons été servis par un premier serveur. Nous avons commandé les boissons & la nourriture en même temps à 17:45. Nos boissons & notre entrée sont arrivés très rapidement (17:50), ce qui a été agréable. Par la suite, personne n'est venu nous voir entre 18h & 19h. Les autres tables qui étaient arrivées pour les réservations de 18h & 18h30 avaient déjà eu leurs entrées, leurs boissons & même leurs repas principaux. Nous avons dû demandé à une serveuse ce qu'il se passait avec notre commande. À 19h, nos repas n'avaient jamais été commandés donc nous avons attendus un autre 15 minutes avant de les avoir. Étant donné l'énorme retard, nous pensions que les serveurs/serveuses porteraient une attention plus particulière à notre table afin d'éviter d'autres frustrations. Au contraire, aucun n'est venu nous voir, nous n'avions plus d'eau, nous avons dus prendre les ustensiles sur une autre table & nous avons dus demandés pour des condiments supplémentaires. Très déçus du service & du manque de considération envers les clients. D'un autre côté, la nourriture était relativement bonne & l'ambiance était festive.
Food & atmosphere was good nothing wrong it's just me & my girlfriend wanted another table that was a bit larger with the booth but the waitress told us that she can't move us there because she'll have to change the tables again & everything , we just accepted the first table they gave us . I expected they changed us table because their priority should be the customers & that wasn't it we just wanted another table a bit far from other customers nothing wrong with that . I felt she was a bit arrogant & rude didn't have a nice & joyful attitude. Food was excellent & the drinks too
Great atmosphere, the tartares are delicious but the drinks are very sweet. It was a pleasant one time experience. Good concept but not a place that will be around in 5 yrs
Lets start with the service.
Our waiter was Andrew, amazing service, 5 stars for that.
I took the onion soup, was ok, but too salty for my taste. Cheese on it looked like one of those single kraft process cheese slice.
We also had Toa chicken wings, those were good.
We got a chicken burger, desapointing, chicken was overcooked & dry. Mcdo chicken burger taste better.
Also frech fries cost pennies, the portion was ridiculous.
Took the salmon, that was a disaster. I asked medium-raw & got well done.
Asked them to redo it & the second serving was almost raw.
We took the pouding chomeur, saying it was ok its me being generous.
It had potential, but in the name of saving money I suppose, the middle was dry, not enough of the sauce while cooking it, as a result the outside was moist & delicious, but the middle was dry.
I am rating it 3 stars & not less because I am trying to keep an open mind & reminding myself that it is a resto-bar & not a'real' restaurant per say.
Last point, toilet werent that clean.
Might sound pointless to some, but if they cant keep their toilet clean, imagine how the kitchen must look like.
I removed a star because they contacted me trying to make up for our bad experience. Then they never followed up on their offer after we answered back

First time here, but definitely not the last one. We were seating on the terrace & in the middle of the meal the rain interrupted our evening but the waitress immediately accommodate us inside. Great place, delicious food & very nice staff.
