It was my first time there, food was good, liked the ambiance. The first part of the service was good, the second half could have been better, there was a shift change & it took is almost 20 minutes to get our drinks & another 20 to get our bills
Cest pas mon style d'endroit mais la serveuse super gentille...musique trop forte...les entrées étaient bonne...mon fish & chips était pas assez cuits...prévoyez 30 min plus tôt pour le stationnement ...les drink valent Le prix mais pas le vin rouge...
SHAKER Centropolis is a fun spot with a lively atmosphere & a big menu. The burgers & cocktails are highlights, especially if you're going out with friends. Service is generally friendly, & the place has a great vibe for evenings & weekends. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes, though it can get busy & noisy at peak times. Overall, a solid choice for casual dining & drinks.
A great place to eat out with friends or colleagues. The food & drinks are good & the service was relatively fast. It's best to communicate with the staff in French (this is Quebec, after all).
I really wanted to like this place, but it was a bit of a letdown.
My spicy margarita wasn't spicy at all - it tasted more like an overly sour lemonade. The salmon tartare was extremely fishy & hard to eat, though the fries were actually great. The salad was just fine - nothing special.
The first few servers just dropped off food & drinks & disappeared, which didn't help the experience. Our last server, however, completely turned things around. He took the time to ask how everything was, & when we mentioned the tartare was inedible, he immediately apologized & comped the dish - even though he wasn't the one who served it. His professionalism was genuinely appreciated.
The atmosphere & decor are nice, but overall the food & service didn't live up to expectations. I was really looking forward to trying Shaker, but left disappointed.

This restaurant has a wonderful vibe. The drinks are excellent & the service is very attentive. The food is delicious, & the DJ creates an amazing atmosphere 👌🏻👌🏻
Clean, simple & spacious atmosphere perfect for casual & business dining alike. Very diverse food & beverage menus. We ordered flank steak dinner, general Tao chicken bowl, fish & chips & French onion soup. All dishes were very good. The steak was cooked perfectly as ordered & the side vegetables were cooked to perfection as well, not mushy. We ordered the drink on special & it was the perfect mix of alcohol & flavor & not overloaded with ice or watered down as with most other restaurants. We enjoyed coffee & latte alongside the brownie dessert. Do not appear to have any locations putside PC. Highly recommended.

Excellent service des serveuses. Bonne nourriture & bons drinks. Belle ambiance, restaurant presque plein. Toutefois, c'est la deuxième fois que nous passons un dimanche (groupe de 8 personnes & plus) & il manque clairement de staff (mentionné par la personne à l'accueil la première fois). Même histoire lors des deux visites. Les serveuses, qui ne font que leur possible, offre un service impeccable! Il ne faut pas les blâmer! Nous avons toutefois reçu notre première consommation après une heure dans le restaurant. Je n'ai même pas eu la chance de me commander un deuxième verre. Imaginez l'argent que vous perdez... Étant dans la gestion & la vente depuis des années, ma première préoccupation serait que mes clients aient toujours un verre plein.
Waitress was completely unaware of meals on the menu. Even less knowledge when it came to drinks. Her solution to resolve her lack of knowledge on liquor that has been in bars for decades was to give me an attitude. In the end she told me that that they do not have any in stock....i just ordered a glass 5 minutes ago at the bar with the bartender 🤷
The first time I came was in the winter time & it took about 30 mins to just get water. We were about to leave but we got it just before so. I decided to give them a second chance by coming this summer. The service was still really bad. It took about 10 mins for us to get seated (there were a lot of empty tables, so it shouldn't take long). Being served was even worse. Our server would make us wait so long for us to order & it took equally as long to get our meals. Some tables were served first, even though they arrived after us. Our server gave us the wrong order even though we asked numerous times which burger was which. Food was alright for the price. The fries were tasty. Best part of the restaurant was the drinks & I have only good things to say about it.
I saw this restaurant during a bus ride. We walked in from Pierre-Peladeau ave. however the lady said the main entrance is on the opposite side. The restaurant is huge & there's plenty of seatings. :D
By the entrance, there was a free wine tasting, but none of us were drinkers.
I ordered the veggie burger: vegan patty, lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion & vegan burger sauce. The burgers are served with fries & homemade mayonnaise. But I switched them for onion rings which are beer battered & served with honey. They were sweet!
We bought card games & played while waiting for our foods. It was the perfect atmosphere for that.
They have an interesting dessert menu, however nothing vegan.

Food & atmosphere was good nothing wrong it's just me & my girlfriend wanted another table that was a bit larger with the booth but the waitress told us that she can't move us there because she'll have to change the tables again & everything , we just accepted the first table they gave us . I expected they changed us table because their priority should be the customers & that wasn't it we just wanted another table a bit far from other customers nothing wrong with that . I felt she was a bit arrogant & rude didn't have a nice & joyful attitude. Food was excellent & the drinks too
Great atmosphere, the tartares are delicious but the drinks are very sweet. It was a pleasant one time experience. Good concept but not a place that will be around in 5 yrs
