The only positive point about this place is that its conveniently located. Other than that, the food is overpriced & the customer service is actually despicable 😭
The employees looked exhausted/overworked yet there were only 2-3 customers inside (including myself). I work in customer service too & I know it can be tough but it seemed like the employees were being intentionally cold, one of them in particular. When another customer was looking at the menu to order something, the employee looked visibly annoyed & when i was leaving i told one of them'have a good day' & they didn't say anything at all. I understand it can be hard to manage production & customer service, but this wasn't even the bare minimum.
More importantly, the smoothies are mid at best, just very bland, liquid & meh. They do have supplements but it seems like a gimmick more than anything. This place is exactly what you'd imagine a smoothie place in downtown be like.
This was one of the best smoothie/acai bowls I have ever had. The Shaka Supercoffee was also incredible. I was daunted by the seemingly high prices at a place I have never been before but it was definitely well worth it. The Bloom bowl was incredibly filling - even just for the smaller sized bowl. The ingredients are all super healthy & decadent.
Smoothies are okay but a bit pricey along with the bowl. One of the best smoothie bowls I've had in a long time got the flavour Maui. I feel like it should be priced at 9.99 (smoothie) & bowls should be 13.99 to be more affordable. $15 for a smoothie is a bit much & also the bowls at 25 is a lot as well maybe price it a bit more affordable
Franchement un bel environnement calme , si on s'assoit dehors , car à l'intérieur la musique est plutôt forte , seul petit bémol. Pour le reste , le service était poli & sympathique. Mon smoothie bol savoureux & goûteux . J'y retourne les yeux fermés c'est clai
