The experience was made exceptional not only by the delicious food but also by the outstanding service provided by the manager (Medusa) . Throughout the meal, they checked in regularly to ensure everything was to our satisfaction without being overbearing. Their attention to detail was remarkable -It's rare to see such a hands-on, thoughtful approach from a manager, & it truly made the experience memorable. The service was seamless, & it was clear that the manager cared deeply about both the quality of the food & the guests' overall experience. I will certainly return, Highly recommended!

Cette restaurant vaut vraiment le détour je suis venu de Dorval avec ma famille... vous voulez de l'ambiance avec un décoration a couper le souffle - service avec des beaux sourires & rapides- des repas typiquement italien & des bons cocktails c'est la place pour vous... je vous le recommande fortement Sergiolino LE restaurant italien a Laval❤️👌
What an amazing experience!!! Sergiolino made my birthday celebration feel sooo special & the food is just amazing! The pepperoni pizza & the pastas are delicious!! Their drinks are great & ice cream dessert too! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! You'll also enjoy the 80's themed music & restaurant atmosphere!🎶🍝🍕
Here's a review you could consider posting: We had an amazing experience at Sergiolino! The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish beautifully presented & bursting with flavor. The ambiance was perfect, making it a great spot for a relaxed & enjoyable meal. A special shoutout to our waiter, Enzo, who went above & beyond to make our visit memorable. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, & knowledgeable, giving us excellent recommendations & making sure we had everything we needed. It's rare to find service this exceptional! Overall, a fantastic restaurant with wonderful service. Highly recommended, & we'll definitely be back!
Service, ambiance & food was Amazing . Both are server were more than perfect . Anick & Michel are so much fun together. I recommend them. Will be back at the restaurant for sure . You really have to try it. You want regret it
First off, being AMEX-friendly is a huge plus! We had a wonderful dining experience! The calamari, rigatoni Bolognese, & ricotta ravioli were all delicious, & the pepperoni pizza was a standout. The ambiance was fantastic, earning a perfect 10/10. The service was exceptional as well, also a 10/10, with very attentive staff. I highly recommend this place! A special shoutout to our waitress Andrada, the staff, & Sergio for demonstrating that hospitality is an art. They are truly outstanding hosts!

I visited Sergiolino with my family & I was thoroughly impressed by the service, particularly from our server, Michel. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcomed & valued. So pleasant & so funny & made our diner & more particularly my night so special with his sense of humor. Michel took the time to explain the menu & offered excellent recommendations based on our preferences. His attentiveness was remarkable & he checked in on us at just the right moments without being intrusive. Overall, the combination of delicious food & outstanding service made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant & will definitely be returning!

ENZO made our night!!! It was one of the loveliest dining experiences I've had in a long time. The food was excellent: we had the calamari with the sweet & savory tomato sauce; the prosciutto & arugula pizza & the Mocali Cabernet Sauvignon to wash it all down!!! FABULOUS! 10/10!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!
We enjoyed a dinner with friends here & opted for a completely sharing menu. The portions are generous; food is extremely tasty & the staff was very kind. Definitely recommend getting the caesar salad as it is served & assembled table side. We also loved the rose alla vodka!
Amazing place with modern yet retro style decor, old school music, good food which is fresh & just like homemade, a great ambiance & most importantly amazing service which is really hard to find now a days. I will for sure be going back & recommend for everyone to go & experience it for themselves. Oh & if it's your birthday it'll be a nice experience also.

Je recommande! Nous avons testé moi & ma copine le restaurant & nous avons vraiment aimé. Je n'ai rien à dire sur le service, c'était notre 1ere fois au restaurant & le serveur nous a tout expliqué le concept & nous a recommandé des plats. La nourriture est très bonne. L'ambiance est très agréable. Le restaurant à un concept original & il a des heures d'ouverture pas mal (ferme à minuit) Déco très belle. Nous avons payé 96$ sans tips nous avons commandé un plat de calamars & 2 plats de pâtes. Parking gratuit

Gave this spot a second chance after having a not so great first impression (burnt & extremely salty pizza, watered-down cocktails & we got really sick). Maybe it was opening weekend jitters? We went for family members birthday party & the restaurant was definitely not my choice even after repeated warnings. We were a large group of 25+ people. I would say more than half of us were disappointed in the food we received. The majority of comments I got from the group was that the portion didn't make sense in ratio to the price & the extremely loud music playing every 5-10 minutes for birthday cakes was ridiculous. We all left with major headaches lol. It was not pleasant especially when the speaker is just above your table in the corner for the food, one member of the group never even got her meal. The waiter forgot to put her order in & she ended up cancelling her dish at that point because we were all finishing our dishes. I myself got the 30$ plate of Gnocchi a la Vodka for my main. Which was pretty good. Its half size so its meant for sharing for 2 people apparently. The plate has 20 Gnocchi in it. How is this a sharing plate? Make it make sense. All in all, When your bill is over 100$ & you leave starving, there's a big problem. A couple of us made a trip to McDonalds nearby afterwards. Sadly NEVER AGAIN for me with this place. Not recommended.
After a long wait to get a reservation at Sergiolino restaurant, we finally went yesterday this new spot feels like Nonna made the food for you. We went to celebrate my mom's birthday , the decor is so beautiful it feels like we went on a vacation to Florida. We were served by Nissrine that did a great job explaining the Menu & sizes of the portions & what's the best sellers & she did not miss, kind, helpful & made sure we got the best experience. The service was a little bit slow but it didn't matter as the restaurant was so busy, lots of celebrations, people enjoying they're evening that we didn't mind waiting for our food a little longer than usual. We got the rib steak that was phenomenal, the side of mushrooms that were excellent, the pizza Bianca that was so yummy , few different pastas & let me tell you the flavour was there, the portions VERY generous . Nissrine made sure we get a taste of their best sellers by getting small portions. I highly recommend to Visit this Gem of a restaurant, if you want to actually eat great fresh ingredients, have a little party, without breaking the Bank. All the Best to the Team. Great work
