I had such an incredible experience at Sergiolino in Laval! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing - it has this fun retro vibe that makes the whole place feel lively & unique. You can really tell a lot of thought went into the concept & the ambiance. ✨🍝
The food was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared. The pasta & pizza are especially delicious, & you can tell the chefs really care about quality & authentic Italian flavors. Every bite was packed with flavor, & the portions were generous too.
What made the experience even better was the service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, & made us feel comfortable the entire time. It's the kind of place where you want to stay longer, enjoy a drink, & just soak in the atmosphere.
If you're looking for a great Italian restaurant in Laval with amazing food, great drinks, & a vibrant atmosphere, Sergiolino is definitely a place you need to try. I will absolutely be coming back again soon! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We really enjoyed our time at the restaurant! Our server Michel was so kind & personable. The music & decor are amazing-we loved the 80s neon theme & overall vibe. The food & drinks were delicious! I would definitely recommend

Nice restaurant but we were sat 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation. Once we were seated it took another 10 minutes for the server to even notice we were there & to bring us water. Server was helpful & knew the menu however, we ordered way too much food & it's their job as the service experts to let us know if the amount of food we ordered is excessive. We were only checked on once during our entire meal, lost opportunity as we would have ordered more wine & drinks (group of 6). The concept of celebrating birthdays while waving napkins is a nice gesture but if your staff is rolling their eyes & frowning while doing it, it's kind of a buzz kill & I actually felt bad for the people celebrating. Overall, food is tasty but average, if you're a young crowd you'll probably have a good time but we won't be back.
Was there to celebrate a birthday & had an awesome time. From the greeting upon arrival, the attentive & professional service, the fun atmosphere, the tasty drinks & delicious food… it was perfection!
The food was good but the service was not. My friends & I went out for our friend's birthday, which is relevant to the review. When we first got seated, we got our drinks & after that we had to wait for almost a whole hour (around 50 mins) & had to ask two other waiters before someone came to take our order. The food did come quickly enough & it was pretty nice, especially the gnocchi alla vodka. We then asked to get the cake for our friend & this alone took another 40 mins for it to arrive. Later, when we wanted our bill we had to flag down our waiter again & she gave us the bill after 30 mins. She then proceeded to leave the table & we had to wait another 20-30 mins for her to come back with the machine to pay the bills. Absolutely ridiculous customer service & a complete waste of time, why offer free parking for 3 hours when you have waiters who make you waste over 4 hours of your day.
After reading the reviews, we had high expectactions.
First off, when we made the reservation, we specifically asked for a corner table or a table against a wall, since one of us has agoraphobia. They were going to sit us at a table in the middle, right by the kitchen. Fortunately, they were able to move us.
The Happy Hour & Daily specials are worth it. The proscuitto pizza was very delicious. The cocktails & wine were good. We really enjoyed the beautiful decor & the 80's music.
But...then, they sat a lady next us that was wearing waaaay too much perfume. I felt like I was going to throw up. We asked to be moved because we weren't finished & they were not able/willing to do anything to accomodate us.
We had to drink up & cut our evening short because it was unbearable.
Our waitress was nice, but we weren't wow'd by her service. Eventhough I tipped 25%, we never got water refills nor the end of meal surprise, which everybody around us got.
I went there for my birthday on the 28th of December. Food was good, but the service was bad… our server (dressed in white) was nice, but we saw him maybe 3 times the whole night. However, the « busboys » I'm assuming, were really rude. My boyfriend asked for a glass of water since we were missing one, & the busboy literally threw it accross the table almost breaking the glass. We then asked for Parmesan for our pasta & got an eye roll from the same busboy again. Everytime we were asking for something, we felt like we were actually bothering them. The vibe was off afterwards, we wanted to stay a little bit longer for another drink but decided it was better to leave if we were gonna be treated this way. Overall, food was good, the server was nice & professional, but the service of the busboys has to be reevaluated if they keep servicing the tables.

Wow , belle trouvaille pour nous a Laval près de la place Bell, le décor très rétro mais tout en classe! Couleurs a profusion tout en étant chic & feutré ! Ambiance agréable & décontractée, le personnel attentionné & souriant vous acceuillent de façon chaleuseuse .
Super choix de drinks dont des signatures, ils était parfait!
Que dire de la bouffe ! Mama mia c etait excellent ! Les ingrédients sont de qualité & ca parrait ! Très gouteux & généreux ! Nous avons prit les calmars en entrée , panures légère & bien assaisonnée, portions plus que bonne ! Les pennes a la gigi & la pizza aux champignons tout simplement savoureux! Un Must a Laval ! Vous ne serez pas déçu !
I celebrated my birthday here & I couldnt ask for a better athmosphere & vibe. Very grateful for the staff, the drinks were very good & the group menu is great & affordable for everyones liking. The food portions are very generous plus you take home everything you didnt get to eat. Thank you for having us!!
The decor was beautiful, we went on a Friday night, so it was quite loud but we could still have a conversation. The bruschetta was a little too bready for my liking, could have used more tomatoes. Calamari & caesar salad were pretty good. Our mains were a combo of pizza & pasta, the food was quite good.Drinks were excellent for most of the night, but our last spicy marg was very sweet & not spicy at all. The menu also mentions some sort of after meal treat, which we did not receive. The service however was not great. Took quite some time after we were seated for our waiter to come & take our drink order, we had to get up & find him to order our second round of drinks. No grated cheese was offered to us when our pasta dishes arrived & took over 30 mins to get our waiter to come see us so we can ask for our bill.
My husband & I had dinner at Sergiolino after attending a concert at Place Bell. I was excited we were able to get a same day reservation, due to the concert & the restaurant being packed. We had an amazing time! The ambiance of the restaurant is eclectic & upbeat. The music matched the vibe perfectly. The food & drinks were excellent! I want to shout out our server Valerie for being charming, witty & attentive. She really added to our experience in a positive way. I would definitely eat here again & can't wait to visit Montreal again!

Nous sommes allés un petit groupe de 5 personnes vendredi le 14 novembre. Puisque c'était notre première fois, nous avions quelques questions par rapport au menu. Au début, la serveuse qui se nomme M*** nous a répondu correctement pour les drinks. Quand est venu le temps de commander nos plats, elle a commencé à se montrer impatiente, ok pas de problème.
Plus tard dans la soirée, elle est venue nous demander si on voulait autre chose. Ma belle soeur & moi avons demandé chacune un autre drink. Un autre serveur est venu nous les porter. Plus tard, elle revient pour nous demander quelque chose mais la musique était tellement forte (à noter que lorsque c'est l'anniversaire d'un client, ils augmentent la musique pendant plusieurs secondes) que ma belle soeur n'a pas bien compris & a répondu par un'non'. 30 minutes plus tard, la serveuse revient avec un drink pour ma belle-soeur & elle lui dit qu'elle est désolé pour le retard alors ma belle-soeur lui répond que son collègue est déjà venu nous servir. C'est là que tout s'est gâté.
Mme la serveuse s'est permis de réprimander ma belle-soeur en lui disant mais oui tantôt je t'ai demandé si tu as reçu ton drink & tu répondu que non. Ma belle-soeur s'excuse pour le mal entendu mais la serveuse continue à lui faire la morale & lui dit:' la prochaine fois que tu ne comprends pas, ne dit pas non pour rien, dit moi que tu n'as pas compris'. Pour un simple drink.... Pas une assiette, un drink... que d'arrogance...
Lorsqu'on demande les factures, elle vient nous voir avec sa machine interact & nous dit qu'elle a zéro comptant, il faut payer avec une carte. Pas de problème, nous sommes 3 personnes à ranger notre argent & sortir non cartes, on s'est dit que c'était pas la fin du monde. Mon amie lui avait déjà tendue sa carte mais elle décide de nous laisser là & aller servir la table à côté. Plusieurs minutes plus tard, elle revient & je lui dit qu'on était toutes prêtes à payer, nos cartes sorties & vous nous laissez là en suspend pour aller servir du café à l'autre table!?!? Elle me répond:' Mme, tu sais pas comment ces clients sont exigeants, ils veulent leurs café chaud'. Je fini par perdre patience & lui dit que c'est pas mon problème & je paye àmon tour. Elle a été chanceuse qu'on lui ait laissé du pourboire.
Malgré la belle ambiance & la bonne musique, l'arrogance & l'impolitesse de cette serveuse font en sorte que nous n'y retournerons pas.
The atmosphere & drinks were fantastic, & our waiter Christian made the experience even better with his outstanding service, he was so attentive & kind. Unfortunately, the food was very average. Also, the busboy kept coming by to clear our plates while we were still eating, which felt a bit rushed. Overall, a lovely spot for great drinks & amazing service in a nice ambiance, but the food & timing could definitely improve.
Food was amazing & the portions were super generous! Loved the vibe too. Only thing, our drinks took a bit long to come, especially since we only found out about the 2-hour table limit once we sat down (we were a group of 6). Also, reserving by phone wasn't the best option, the girl taking the reservation sounded a bit lost & unsure, so I didn't feel confident she noted my reservation details. I had to call back to reconfirm
I called on Thursday to book a table for 2 since the website didn't work to book a reservation. We arrived on time for our reservation at 8pm. I gave my name & waited for them to bring us to the table but it seems like we didn't exist. After 15 min, I spoke again to the other hostess that just came since they brought an other customer who When we arrived, the group that came after us was seated before us. Then, the hostess told me they only had seats available at the bar - which didn't make sense since I had booked a table at the restaurant & confirmed it over the phone.
Because it was taking longer than expected, my friend & I went for a smoke & came back around 8:40. This time, they brought us to our table right away. The server made a comment about how the table was'very big for just two people,' which we found a little strange but ignored.
I ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta, & my friend got a pepperoni pizza. The food was okay - nothing special. For dessert, I had the chocolate soufflé. The ice cream was good, but the soufflé itself was maybe a 4/10.
When we got the bill, there was a mistake: my friend's drink was charged with my pasta, & her pizza was paired with my dessert. We didn't say anything since the server left right away & didn't come back for about ten minutes.
Overall, the decor & ambiance were nice, but the interactions with the staff felt awkward from start to finish.

Amazing vibe, the place is gorgeous, & the drinks/food are so good. The service is amazing, especially from Michel. He made our night so fun & special, thank you Michel.
Food was delicious, drinks were great, priced reasonably for the portions, ambiance was lively. But most of all, you gotta have Michel as your waiter, he's the ultimate
Drinks are amazing!, food it's amazing. I recommend the wild mushroom pizza. It's out of this world, service was great. Michelle is the best server in the world. & owners are on the floor making sure that everything is running smooth. Even came to our table to see how everything was offered us some free drink & the ambience of this place is really awesome. What a great'80s Vibe. Definitely going back now
Wow I loved the vibe & the food was amazing , the portions were huge ! We had a blast ! The only thing I found a bit far fetched was the kids had Sheryl temple & they charged 20$ a drink with no booze, besides that the vibe was great
