Superbe ambiance pour un dimanche soir, très surprenant. Le décor est magnifique, la musique est bonne. Les personnes qui n'aime pas les endroits bruyants s'abstenir, ambiance de fête.
Early this evening I had a wonderful time at Sergilino's. My daughter surprised me for my 55th birthday with a group of 12 family friends. Loved the decor & music. Great ambience. All my guests enjoyed food & time. Our waiter was Michel, he was exceptional & took such good care of us. Loved the leopard ties 😊 all the busboys & staff were on the ball with the service. All friendly.

We really enjoyed our time at the restaurant! Our server Michel was so kind & personable. The music & decor are amazing-we loved the 80s neon theme & overall vibe. The food & drinks were delicious! I would definitely recommend
Great food & very friendly staff. I loved the décor...from the corridor leading to the entrance to the many photos in the bathroom. The pink flamingo theme adds a fun touch & really stands out. The atmosphere is fantastic, & the music playlist makes the whole experience even better. Burrata, pizzas & espresso martini were on point. Definitely recommend.
Le décor est vraiment superbe, chaleureux & élégant à la fois. Le personnel est charmant, accueillant & attentionné, on se sent bien dès notre arrivée.
Que dire du repas ? Des portions généreuses, de belles grandes assiettes bien présentées & surtout… absolument délicieuses ! Tout était goûteux & savoureux.
L'ambiance est très agréable, parfaite pour une soirée entre amis ou pour célébrer une occasion spéciale. Je recommande fortement & j'y retournerai sûrement très bientôt.

My friends & I recently had a dinner reservation at Sergiolino before a show at Salle André Mathieu. This restaurant came highly recommended, & from the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the beautiful design & the immersive 80s theme, it's truly a stunning space. Our waitress, Rebecca, provided a standout experience with her impeccable service throughout the entire evening; she was attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely a highlight of our visit.
The atmosphere, however, took a turn with the frequent birthday celebrations. While it's great to see a new local spot be so popular, the music was blasted for at least three or four different groups, making conversation at our table nearly impossible.
We started with cocktails & mocktails, which were well-made & enjoyable. But as an Italian-Canadian, I was most excited to try the pasta. That's because the social media videos made it look like the kind of food that
I grew up with.
Unfortunately, this is where our experience was disappointing. All three of us ordered a pasta dish, & none of them hit the mark. My Gomiti alla Sergiolino had overcooked pasta & a bland chicken Milanese that lacked any real flavor. My friends shared the same sentiment with their dishes, the lobster pasta was also overcooked, & the spaghetti with tomato sauce was so under-seasoned that they had to add chili flakes just to get a hint of taste.
The complimentary limoncello shots to end the meal were a very nice touch, & the chocolate soufflé for dessert was decent.
Ultimately, Sergiolino is a place with immense potential. The service is top-notch, the decor is beautiful, & the ambiance is vibrant. However, for a restaurant of this caliber (& the pricing $$$), the food would need to be elevated to match the rest of the experience. It's not a place I would rush back to for the food alone, but I just hope that they can improve their kitchen because everything else is such a home run!
Lately in the greater Montreal area, I find restaurants are hit & miss. This place is an absolute hit.
I was wowed by the 80s like decor & background music, you can tell there was a lot of thought that went into the design of the establishment.
Aside from the food being absolutely delicious, the service is top notch. It's great to see wait staff smiling while you interact with them. Enzo & Annick made sure I was very well taken care of.
I don't live in the Laval area, but this is probably my new favorite restaurant in the Greater Montreal Area.
I suggest everyone tries this place out, but keep in mind, their portions are quite big, as the service is meant to be shared amongst groups of people. I highly recommend!

bonjour, nous avons adoré notre soirée dans votre beau restaurant, tout est parfait musique, ambiance, décor c'est éblouissant, la tapisserie en entrant ou l'on s'est amusé a deviner le nom des acteurs, la nourriture es excellente & la petite serveuse Anick toute souriante & agréable. Bravo on y retournera ça c'est certain
After reading the reviews, we had high expectactions.
First off, when we made the reservation, we specifically asked for a corner table or a table against a wall, since one of us has agoraphobia. They were going to sit us at a table in the middle, right by the kitchen. Fortunately, they were able to move us.
The Happy Hour & Daily specials are worth it. The proscuitto pizza was very delicious. The cocktails & wine were good. We really enjoyed the beautiful decor & the 80's music.
But...then, they sat a lady next us that was wearing waaaay too much perfume. I felt like I was going to throw up. We asked to be moved because we weren't finished & they were not able/willing to do anything to accomodate us.
We had to drink up & cut our evening short because it was unbearable.
Our waitress was nice, but we weren't wow'd by her service. Eventhough I tipped 25%, we never got water refills nor the end of meal surprise, which everybody around us got.
Wow , belle trouvaille pour nous a Laval près de la place Bell, le décor très rétro mais tout en classe! Couleurs a profusion tout en étant chic & feutré ! Ambiance agréable & décontractée, le personnel attentionné & souriant vous acceuillent de façon chaleuseuse .
Super choix de drinks dont des signatures, ils était parfait!
Que dire de la bouffe ! Mama mia c etait excellent ! Les ingrédients sont de qualité & ca parrait ! Très gouteux & généreux ! Nous avons prit les calmars en entrée , panures légère & bien assaisonnée, portions plus que bonne ! Les pennes a la gigi & la pizza aux champignons tout simplement savoureux! Un Must a Laval ! Vous ne serez pas déçu !
Great ambiance, music from the 80s & decor from another era with a modern twist. Love the classic italian food, was perfect. It's the perfect place for a party, a little on the louder side but with great music!

Nous étions un groupe de 25 personnes & tout le monde a grandement apprécié le restaurant pour l'ambiance, le décor & service extra mais surtout pour le repas
The decor was beautiful, we went on a Friday night, so it was quite loud but we could still have a conversation. The bruschetta was a little too bready for my liking, could have used more tomatoes. Calamari & caesar salad were pretty good. Our mains were a combo of pizza & pasta, the food was quite good.Drinks were excellent for most of the night, but our last spicy marg was very sweet & not spicy at all. The menu also mentions some sort of after meal treat, which we did not receive. The service however was not great. Took quite some time after we were seated for our waiter to come & take our drink order, we had to get up & find him to order our second round of drinks. No grated cheese was offered to us when our pasta dishes arrived & took over 30 mins to get our waiter to come see us so we can ask for our bill.

Sergiolino possède un décor vraiment charmant, une ambiance soignée & un service irréprochable : l'équipe est chaleureuse, attentive & professionnelle - un vrai 10/10 pour l'accueil.
Cependant, mon expérience globale n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Le niveau de bruit était très très très élevé : la musique jouait souvent trop fort, & les célébrations d'anniversaire se succédaient à un volume tel que chaque chanson couvrait entièrement la conversation. À plusieurs reprises, les serveurs venaient chanter si près & si fort que l'ambiance devenait plus assourdissante que festive. En quittant le restaurant, j'ai presque senti mes oreilles'respirer'.
Côté assiette, rien de catastrophique, mais rien de mémorable non plus, la cuisine ne m'a simplement pas conquise.
Un lieu très beau, un service impeccable, mais une ambiance trop bruyante pour profiter pleinement du moment, & une cuisine qui, à mon goût, manque un peu d'éclat. Une expérience correcte, mais que je ne classerais pas parmi mes préférées.

Une expérience exceptionnelle, concept génial, décor incroyable, une ambiance feutrée & chaleureuse, le tout est là !! & que dire de la nourriture...Après plusieurs passages à ce resto, j'ai essayé la plupart des plats offerts & TOUT est délicieux. Ce resto est mon PREF & j'aimerais garder le dernier mot pour notre serveur Michel, une personne tellement à l'écoute, attentionné & surtout bien généreux de son SUPER service !!

I called on Thursday to book a table for 2 since the website didn't work to book a reservation. We arrived on time for our reservation at 8pm. I gave my name & waited for them to bring us to the table but it seems like we didn't exist. After 15 min, I spoke again to the other hostess that just came since they brought an other customer who When we arrived, the group that came after us was seated before us. Then, the hostess told me they only had seats available at the bar - which didn't make sense since I had booked a table at the restaurant & confirmed it over the phone.
Because it was taking longer than expected, my friend & I went for a smoke & came back around 8:40. This time, they brought us to our table right away. The server made a comment about how the table was'very big for just two people,' which we found a little strange but ignored.
I ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta, & my friend got a pepperoni pizza. The food was okay - nothing special. For dessert, I had the chocolate soufflé. The ice cream was good, but the soufflé itself was maybe a 4/10.
When we got the bill, there was a mistake: my friend's drink was charged with my pasta, & her pizza was paired with my dessert. We didn't say anything since the server left right away & didn't come back for about ten minutes.
Overall, the decor & ambiance were nice, but the interactions with the staff felt awkward from start to finish.
Très belle première expérience à cet endroit. J'ai tout aimé, le service, décor, cocktails, vin, nourriture & surtout la musique & l'animation. Ambiance festive & très Prix raisonnable. Merci à notre serveur Christophe qui a offert un excellent service. Je vais y retourner assurément!
