Ok food, but not authentic & only vaguely Mexican. For example, a menu that has mozzarella & feta cheese on some of the dishes is not Mexican. Replace with queso Oaxaca & cotija & it would immediately be a big improvement.
Portions are ok, but some of the prices on sides is a joke for the amount they give, such as the tablespoon of their homemade habanero salsa.
Service is also ok. The waitresses we had were very pleasant but it shouldn't take 10 minutes to get a couple of beers, each time. That's not their fault & is more on the bar, but at least come to the table & let us know that you haven't forgotten them.
Dining room is a bit awkwardly arranged for some tables. The place overall needs some basic repair/tender loving care. All that gap filling foam around the patio windows needs to be cleaned up.
You can tell the owners don't know much about Mexican food or culture simply from the branding in their restaurant & website.'Senior' Sanchez? No bueno.

The enchiladas al pollo were phenomenal, & you can decide the spice level you like. Their salad was also quite large & delicious. For dessert we ordered the churros which were crispy on the outside, & fluffy on the inside! You can get both caramel & Nutella to dip them in! Service staff speaks phenomenal English, this restaurant is a must-go-to if you love Mexican cuisine.

We've visited Saint-Sauveur a few times & never found this Mexican restaurant. We're so lucky we did this time! The Mexican soup was great & the chicharrón tacos were spectacular!! If you visit Senor Sánchez, go for those tacos!! Also, the waitress was super nice & fast! & the music was also quite cool. I'll go back for another round of tacos!
Cool (pet-friendly) terrace to have margaritas. The esquites dip was really good too. Definitely more on the traditional Mexican food which is awesome.
