I wanted to love this place so much… the salmon tartare was a joke, nothing short of disgusting… Brussels sprouts were also really bad, nothing short flavor, no depth, no nothing… you can tell this place is trying. They try to take classics & reinvent them with bold ingredients & their own unique twist which I admire, but if the star ingredient is muffled by everything else, you're back at square one. I for myself will not be coming back for a while… until they make some changes. I hope this review is taken seriously & that they work on the basics of their menu because this place truly has the potential. Other than that, the staff was awesome for the most part, super friendly wait staff & great drinks.

La bouffe est délicieuse, le service & le staff sont merveilleux. Les drinks sont tellement bons. Les proprios sont géniaux! Je recommande!! Ça vaut le détour!

The food & service were incredible. The service was fast, efficient & friendly. We ordered the salmon tartare the chicken & the risotto. All 3 were better than I expected. Very flavourful & well cooked & prepped. Perfect for a date or casual dining. Very nice ambiance & not too noisy. Special shout out to Desmond for making the experience even more special. Would highly recommend.
I had such a great experience here! The oysters were absolutely delicious, & my favourite dish of the night was the tuna tartare so fresh & full of flavour. The drinks were perfectly made &

Des l'entrée j'ai adoré le faites que l'on prenne mon manteau à moi & à celle de ma blonde ensuite j'ai pu choisir la place qui nous convenait le mieux . On a pris le menu saint Valentin qui était très bien fait je n'ai rien à redire sur la qualité des repas mais par contre le service était je dirais merdique il ( le serveur) j'avais l'impression qu'il cherchait juste à gâcher notre soirée j'ai vraiment pas voulu m'énerver sur le coup pour pas gâcher la soirée des autres & bizarrement il traitait les autres tables de façon courtoise & polie j'ai pas envie d'en arriver à dire qu'il était raciste mais ça y paraissait . Ma blonde me demandait juste à ce que je me calme pour qu'on puisse passer une belle soirée parceque même au niveau de payer il vient déposer la facture & tarde à venir avec la machine il faille encore que je lui demande & m'explique de quoi il s'agit dans le menu c'est le premier à être essoufflé à ne pas vouloir m'expliquer pourtant j'avais juste deux questions

On est venu ce soir le lundi, on a attendu 1h sans nous ramener nos plats.
Le serveur était bourré d'alcool, je comprenais meme pas ce qu'il disait.
Le pire c'est qu'il a failli tomber pas mal de fois & tout est normal pour les employés de ce restaurant sans parler du night club qu'ils font à l'intérieur de la cuisine.
Je suis sorti déçu avec ma femme sans attendre 1 min de plus.
J'adresse ma parole au gérant ou le propriétaire du restaurant, allez vérifier les cameras du restaurant, je suis entré le lundi 09 février 2026 à 21:15 avec ma femme & on est sorti déçu à 22:40.
