This place exceeds my expectations in a way I wouldn't have expected, the warm environment, the lovely staff that welcomes you not to mention the cleanliness of the place. Clean bathrooms that are available for customers to use, & the deliciousness of pastries. Honestly, all that can said is I'll be coming way more often & is now my go to place for studying & to relax. 👀

One of the best cafés in Canada!

The owner always puts in great effort to make customers feel welcome. He is polite, friendly, & easy to talk to. The place is clean, cozy, & has a really cool, relaxing vibe. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about.

The staff is amazing!!! There is one women that work on evening she is so so sweet she's always smiling saying hi. She's very polite. The place Is always clean. I just love second cup!! Definitely recommend it Go try it out!!

The coffee was really good the staff was very very friendly the place was clean however the Blueberry Scone tasted like it was frozen all of their muffins are wrapped up in plastic because they don't sell enough. None of the pastries are fresh I would not go back

This second cup is my safe space! The vibes are very nice for any work I need to get done. The staff are always so welcoming. The coffee is always fresh & exactly how I want it every time. The music is not loud so you can work calmly or have convos with your friends. Lastly, the staff really takes care of the cleanliness of the tables & the overall coffee shop. So no sticky tables! I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes coffee & nice vibes!

I've been going to this Second Cup for a few years now. Milad (the owner) is always warm & welcoming. Great atmosphere for when you want to do some work. Place is always clean & they have the best vanilla lattes! Bonus that they know me there & know my order so i don't usually wait for a long time.

Very good coffee & friendly staff. The place is always clean. I am very picky with my coffee but the young barista that served me this evening was very sweet & accommodating. I didn't catch her name but I 100% praise her for her service & excellent coffee! :)

This is my go-to at least 3 times a week.. for many reasons. The owner is kind, friendly & very professional. He works hard on maintaining the place cleaned & it's very apparent. He's consistent in the beverage & food he prepares. With all that combined, he created a great atmosphere within the coffee shop with recurrent & pleasant customers. Definitely recommend this place !!
