Best coffee shop! They always make perfect coffee! never a miss. The customer service is amazing, they know your order by heart, & they always take the time to make you feel welcomed.

The older gentleman who works the counter has no idea on what customer service means. I am not sure if he is an owner or an employee...whatever, he is in the wrong line of work.
When I see him there, I now go elsewhere for my coffee. He creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Simple requests (for the washroom, cream ots, etc.) are met with a debate or, refusal.

Made me a frozen hot chocolate tasted gross, I told her the milk was expired. She made me a new one, the milk is still expired she told me that's just the recipe. No ma'am I've been drinking this for 25 years. Told me too bad… terrible customer service & I will not return to that location after that many years.
