Amazing Vibe
Delicious food at the market - shady outdoor seating available. Friendly staff & priced right. Will return!
Quite a long queue to order even on a weekday. Had the Sandwich Satay which was excellent.
One of the best places in Montreal. The food is like something out of a movie.
Massively overpriced for the amount of food you get. I paid $18 + tax for the two smallest bao buns I've ever seen, & $12 + tax for three chicken satay skewers with peanut sauce. I get that we aren't in Asia & the food isn't going to cost a dollar, but come on - at least bump up the portion sizes to make up for the massive price increase. After tax & tip, the total came to $38.99. The only thing I left with was empty pockets & an empty stomach. Its just ok for Montreal I guess. if you were to do this anywhere else in the world you would be laughed at. Mengarut.
Had my regular Montreal visit laksa & satay fix at the Atwater market. Generous pieces of satay chunks & delicious peanut sauce continue to be my favourite after a trip away from home. Tried a new dish - Indonesian fried noodle with beef & it didn't disappoint. Overall, the staff added to the experience & their warm welcome makes lunch at this time of the year at Atwater market, even the more pleasurable!
