Today, my friend & I were starving & decided to try a ramen restaurant on St-Catherine. When we walked in, there were only two servers at the front. The female server was busy handling a phone call, while the male server was completely ignoring my friend & I, choosing instead to keep chatting with that one customer. The experience wasn't honestly great. I truly appreciate the female server for doing her best despite being overwhelmed, but the male server seriously needs proper training. BTW chatting while ignoring other customers is totally unacceptable.
Really good Ramen & Gyoza! The broth was tasty, not too salty or rich, & all the ingredients were high quality. The ramen egg was really good! & the chicken breast & smoked pork that we had in the soup were not the cheap shredded type you often get. I'd definitely recommend this place.
Worst service ever, the waitress acted uninterested & didn't allow us to move the chair just a little bit while the restaurant was not busy at all & we were the only customers eating on their terrasse! Food is meh, compared to the sansotei ramen we went to in Ottawa which offers more options & better service. We may consider visiting the other locations of this chain, but we'll never come back here again.

This place is legit! Great ramen. Calm, peaceful, clean atmosphere. This location is calmer than the other one- if you're meeting someone here, make sure you know which one you're going to! The other location was crowded & there was a wait, but this one was pleasantly not busy. I ordered the shoyu ramen & the $1 add on spice, which was really spicy! Me & my friend ordered the spice, we could have shared it though.
Pour avoir voyagé au Japon & goûté à de nombreux ramen sur place, je peux dire que ce restaurant s'en rapproche vraiment beaucoup en termes de saveurs. Le goût est authentique, les plats bien préparés. Excellent rapport qualité-prix & un service agréable en prime. Une belle découverte que je recommande !

Sorry, my photo has a partially eaten bowl of ramen. It smelled & looked so good I couldn't wait! One of the better, & more authentic bowls I've had in a while. Right on the street & easy to find. We lucked out & didn't have to wait. Thank you!
Le décor est très beau. Le service était excellent. J'ai échappé ma baguette par terre & elle est venue très rapidement la ramasser. Le ramen était bon & la portion très généreuse. J'en ai eu pour 2 repas, mais je ne mange pas énormément. L'entrée de maïs était surprenante & délicieuse. En plus durant la semaine du Japon, il y avait 15% de rabais. Avec un thé, une entrée partagée, le ramen, les taxes & pourboires cela m'est revenu à 26.70$!
Service was super quick (5 minutes wait for two bowls). The ramen I had was very savory & flavourful. The place is well kept & staff is kind & helpful towards dietary restrictions.

My family & I visited Montreal just last week & we visited this amazing Ramen location. I don't usually take the time to leave too many reviews after trips, but this place deserved it. The ramen was amazing, even the kids devoured their bowls. The Sake selection was great as well. A+ experience. Thank you!
If this was on 10, I would give it an 8.8 but the 5 star rating on google isn't as panoramic. The fried chicken was life changing literally. Because I never knew there was non-greasy fried chicken. This one was amazing. The ramen bowls were also great & so well seasoned, I just found there to be too many noodles (better than having too little tbh) & they weren't really good. That would be the only downside of the whole experience. Everything else was amazing.
The waiter was very kind & took into account our food restrictions, & suggesting alternatives. Amazing food, & service, my go to place for ramen in mtl.
