This place is a real gem 💎… from the minute you walk in the vibes are great the music the service with a great smile & the sandwiches are insanely delicious. I was served by the kindest person named Massoum & her recommendation on my 2 sandwiches was perfect but I definitely will return to try the entire menu. I recommend this place to everyone
First time I went there, I've ordered Super Hero & the taste was amazing. The philly steak was juicy & delicious. But my second experience wasn't like the same at all, they reduced the portion & the taste wasn't the same! It was more sauce than meat!

I tried the Philly steak sandwich from Ila Sandwich & it was amazing! Super fresh, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. Definitely one of the best sandwiches I've had. Highly recommend!
Probably the best Philly cheesesteak in Montreal! The meat was juicy & flavorful, the cheese melted perfectly, & the bread was super fresh. I also tried the roast beef sandwich was tender, tasty, & full of flavor. The staff were really friendly & welcoming, & the place has such a nice, cozy vibe. My girlfriend had been wanting to try Ila Philly Steak Sandwich for a while, & since we're both always open to checking out a new sandwich spot, we decided to go with my son one evening after the supper rush. The timing worked out well since it wasn't busy, & we were able to get seated & order without any wait. The first thing I noticed was the menu-not huge, but it covers all the essentials you'd expect at a place like this, so you don't feel like anything is missing.
The staff were genuinely friendly & welcoming, which added to the experience right away. Service was quick & efficient, & you could tell they cared about making things smooth for customers. The decor also caught my eye-unique, stylish, & much more interesting than what you'd expect from a small sandwich shop. It definitely gave the place its own personality.
As for the food, the sandwiches were a very good size, perfect for one person without feeling skimpy. I would recommend asking for half sauce unless you're someone who really, really loves a saucy sandwich, because it can be a bit much otherwise. The flavors were solid & satisfying, making it an enjoyable meal.
The only real downside was the vegetarian option. The veggie pieces were cut so large that it threw off the balance of the sandwich, making it harder to eat & not nearly as pleasant as the regular options. With a bit more attention to that detail, it could be great.
Overall though, it was a very good experience-friendly staff, quick service, tasty food, & a comfortable atmosphere. We'll definitely be coming back again.
