Un resto à sushis à la hauteur de mes attentes. Pourtant un restaurant sans prétention. Nous avons commandé les sushis, ils étaient très frais, excellente qualité des ingrédients, très bien présentés, PAS QUE DU RIZ, CONCOMBRES & CAROTTES. Qualité exceptionnelle loin des sushis commerciaux. Personnel très aimable. Je vous les recommande fortement, les essayer c'est les adopter.

Même si c'était une commande pour emporter à la maison, tout était préparé avec énormément de soin. Les sushis étaient frais, délicieux & très bien présentés. On voyait vraiment l'attention portée aux détails, autant dans la qualité des ingrédients que dans l'emballage. Un service impeccable & une nourriture savoureuse, je recommande sans hésiter!

Je suis allée dans ce restaurant de sushis avec des amis & nous avons passé un très bon moment. L'ambiance était agréable & conviviale parfaite pour une sortie entre amis. Les sushis étaient frais & bien présentés avec une belle variété au menu. Les ingrédients sont de bonne qualité. Le service était également attentionné & rapide ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus plaisante. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter pour ceux qui aiment les sushis!

I order from this restaurant quite often & have been a regular customer ever since I discovered Saiko more than a year ago. I did not expect to find such an incredible sushi restaurant in Laval. Since discovering Saiko in Laval, I refuse to order sushi or sashimi anywhere else. It is simply the best sushi restaurant. Staff at this restaurant are always friendly & accomodating. Prices & portions are very reasonable & the menu offerings are not overpriced like at many other sushi restaurants I have been to. Service at Saiko has always been punctual & orders were always ready on time for pickup. The sushi rolls & sashimi on the menu are beautifully crafted & delicious. They resemble artwork. Sushi & sashimi are always made with the freshest & tastiest seafood & ingredients. Of course, the emphasis is on the freshness of the ingredients. In addition to this, Saiko excels at every aspect of sushi & sashimi creation. Perfect ingredient pairings & flavor combinations used in sushi rolls & sashimi platters at Saiko demonstrate the ability of the chefs to understand different cuts & types of fish. Sushi & sashimi flavor & quality at this restaurant are on par with, if not better than, some of the best & most expensive sushi restaurants I have been to in NYC. I highly recommend the Chirashi platter, the Ste Dorothée roll, the Saiko roll, the organic salmon nigiri/sashimi & the aburi nigiri/sashimi offerings. I truly hope that Saiko in Laval will continue to be with us for many, many years to come & continue to maintain its superb food & service.

Le riz est parfait, les ingrédients sont frais, les compositions sont bien balancées (j'ai beaucoup aimé le rouleau de maki Sainte-Dorothée) & la présentation est impeccable. Que du bonheur en bouche!
