S.O Qun offers a delightful menu, but last night's service left a bad taste in my mouth. For a restaurant of its size, the lack of host or seating protocol was perplexing. We stood at the entrance for five minutes, unnoticed, before we had to ask where to sit. When finally told to seat ourselves, I was surprised-given the indoor & patio options, it would make more sense to guide diners to ensure proper service.

Once seated, the confusion continued. Without assigned tables, the waitstaff seemed scattered, leading to long waits. Our server, juggling tables both inside & outside, took 15 minutes to take our order. After that, only two out of three items arrived. Drinks came after the food, which itself took 40 minutes.

The final item, meant to complete our table's meal, was almost forgotten. It only emerged as we were about to leave, with the staff admitting they weren't sure who had ordered it. Pressed for time, we ate hurriedly, already late for our event.

When it came time to pay for the subpar service, the waitress offered a meager 10% discount. However, she then had the audacity to insist we tip 10% for the poor experience, even forcing the payment machine back at me to pay an additional $6, despite having already left a tip.

A disappointing end to what could have been a pleasant meal.

We happened to find this restaurant based on the pictures/menu posted outside the restaurant. My kids were insisted we eat here, & they made the right recommendation! It was delicious, plentiful & quick. Lots of options to choose from & we enjoyed every dish we ordered. The tempura shrimp was light & crunchy, the beef stone bowl was sizzling hot & deliscious. They were great with our kids, which is always a nice touch. What a lovely restaurant, we were very happy to find it!

Went to this Asian fusion restaurant recently. I'd say if you are looking for multiple cheap dinner or lunch options this place is a nice visit. They have customizable options, plenty of vegetarian options, & fairly priced portions.

I got the spicy Bulgogi & it was pretty good, served on a hot plate with a side of rice (most Korean dishes comes with side of rice) my table also got some fried rice & general tso chicken which was pretty good, nothing too exceptional however it was good.

We did have some issues with service being a bit slow even though we were the only people at the restaurant at the time, we had ordered a sushi with avocado & the avocado was missing so that had to be replaced.

This place is great for a cheap Asian fusion experience in all!

Cute place, even the outdoor wasnt too noisy Really good, attentive service (english & french, they even endured me trying to speak more french ^^) Food was awesome & the price adequate Menu has some typical/famous dishes of like chinese, korean etc cuisine, also sushi, there are some vegetarian options or you can ask to replace meat with tofu. (Some dishes even have pictures🤭) So its perfect to go there with a couple of friends. I think everyone can find something there & might even discover something new & delicious :)

TERRACE SERVICE ❌ The problem isn't just the poor service; it's the expectation of a tip despite it. Even when they FORGET YOUR ORDER, they rudely toss your change at you. There were several issues with the service. Initially, I didn't plan to post about it because I understand they might have a new staff member in training, & the organization might not be fully adjusted yet, especially with the added challenge of more customers on the terrace. Being aware of these factors, I didn't want to leave a bad review. However, the last straw was the following: The person who charged me threw the change at me when I didn't leave a tip. He rudely asked why I didn't like the service, & when I tried to explain, he cut me off & didn't let me finish. KIND ADVICES: 1. If you ask for feedback, listen to it constructively rather than arguing with the customer, who deserves an apology for the forgotten dish (which was requested twice more but still never arrived). 2. If you notice that the restaurant is overwhelmed & the service is slow, consider informing customers. This way, you can make an informed decision to either wait or explore other dining options. The food is average, & the prices are great, but our table was left with spilled water that was never cleaned up. Nearby tables remained unserved even after we left. Customers had to approach the counter to order as no staff attended to their tables. We had to retrieve our own items like straws & salt as the staff ignored us.

Pretty good. Miso soup was way too salty. Service was rude but effective so it evened out. Not a bad option if you're in the neighborhood.

A very cute spot.
They have a very accommodating menu with variety of options from sushi,to poke to bibimbap & other items!

I have only tried thier Sushi, it was delicious & I would recommend it. The prices are good, you can have a good meal for a bit over 20 dollars.

Very spacious place, & they also have outdoor seating.

The staff is very friendly. The service is a bit alow tho, we waited quite a bit to get the sushi but it was all worth the wait.
