Un véritable coup de coeur ! Je donne 5 étoiles sans la moindre hésitation. La nourriture est tout simplement exceptionnelle : c'est riche en saveurs, délicieux &, honnêtement, on a l'impression que chaque plat est fait avec amour & passion. On sent la qualité dans chaque bouchée.
Au-delà de la cuisine, l'expérience est complète : le service est impeccable & l'équipe est aux petits soins. L'atmosphère est super agréable, on s'y sent bien tout de suite. Un point bonus très important pour moi : la propreté des lieux est irréprochable, tout est nickel. C'est rare de trouver une telle combinaison de qualité, de goût & d'hygiène. Je recommande vivement à tout le monde d'essayer !
La nourriture était tellement bonne ! On peut vraiment goûter les magnifiques saveurs maghrébines à travers chaque plat. Tout était savoureux, bien assaisonné & préparé avec soin. Je recommande sincèrement à tout le monde d'essayer Rubisn, vous ne serez pas déçu(e) !
Delicious fresh food. Everything starting from fries, to fish sandwiches is made on the spot. The classic fish sandwich is top notch. Clean place with open design. The main sandwiches are tasty but even the sides are as well. Recommended for anyone looking to eat fish, shrimps & calamari.c
Absolute 10/10, Buffalo Fish Burger is 15/10 highly recommend, staff is friendly, not too long of wait time for food & service is excellent . One of Montreal's best Fish restaurants
This hands down is the best fish burger I've had in my life. I live in Ottawa, & someone I knew was in Montreal for a quick trip so I had them buy it for me. They got back to Ottawa pretty late at night so I was only able to eat the burger the following day. A quick toast in the oven got it nice & fresh, & was sooo yummy. Imagine what it would be like to eat it fresh & hot right away. 10/10 highly recommend. I'm sure their other items on the menu are equally just as amazing. Please consider opening a second location in Ottawa!!
Le tout étais excellent je recommande fortement une petite bien caché dans Rosemont a notre grande surprise y'a un stationnement pour environ une dizaine d'auto merci Rubian à la prochaine ✌🏽
Belle découverte! Tout était excellent, autant la nourriture, la rapidité du service & le personnel courtois. Crevettes & accompagnements délicieux, tout comme leur limonade maison, autant à la fraise que l'originale. Nous recommandons fortement & reviendrons certainement!

The best fish fillet in Montreal without any doubt. The fish is fresh, the tartare sauce is well balanced, & the bun is perfectly toasted. I highly recommend!
Vraiment une superbe expérience chez Rubian! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueillie avec le sourire & un service attentionné du début à la fin. L'ambiance est moderne, chaleureuse & super agréable.J'ai choisi le bowl aux crevettes & honnêtement, c'était délicieux! Les crevettes étaient parfaitement assaisonnées & bien cuites, les ingrédients super frais, & les saveurs bien équilibrées. On sent que tout est préparé avec soin. Les portions sont généreuses & le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent.
Je recommande Rubian sans hésitation & c'est sûr que je vais y retourner. Un vrai coup de coeur!
