You might assume this place is an average chicken restaurant with a drive through. You would be very wrong. The inside is modern, comfortable & looks amazing. They have an indoor waterfall. The food is top notch & borders on a little fancy. Big menu has tons of options other than chicken, but the chicken is great too. It reminds us Americans of Applebee's. Highly recommend.View more

This was out last visit. We arrived Sunday around 7:45PM, no water, not even a server until 8:05PM. Another table that arrived just after us received there order before us. There seemed to be enough staff. They just were not focusing on the clients. The coleslaw came in plastic. Maybe this is a new company policy. My chicken was dry, kids was OK, wife didn't really eat hers. We have noticed in general St Hubert's is going downwards in terms of dining experience. We are not expecting fine dining here, but we are expecting quick & clean, & service with a smile. The staff as you would expect were fairly young. I don't believe they've had the correct training in restaurant basic's. Another off the list. We are down to two in Quebec we will still set foot in. Good luck.View more

Great food- had the pira pira half chicken. Sauce was a tad bit too spicy, really liked the fried chicken syrup though. Poutine was eh. Stellar service, great atmosphere. Went at around 4pm.View more

Driving through & stopped w a colleague ona work trip. Very clean & fast service. I had the rotisserie chicken leg peri peri style w vinegar coleslaw & fries. Sadly the vinegar coleslaw had no flavor, but the chicken was delicious. The fries came with gravy.View more

We had an onion soup, chicken dinner & the Bangkok salad with veggie strips. It was all delicious but I as incredibly impressed by the salad & veggie strips. They were soy based & absolutely incredible. I would go back just for that. Served over a mixed green salad with various fruit as well.View more

I have been a customer for many yrs. As old as your company. This last year I order a minimum twice a month. Unfortunately 4 out 10 it is awful. Chicken dehydrated, French fries cold. Forget xsauce cause I don't eat coleslaw. Why is it this way. I hate calling & complaining. Please try to keep the name.View more
