This was out last visit. We arrived Sunday around 7:45PM, no water, not even a server until 8:05PM. Another table that arrived just after us received there order before us. There seemed to be enough staff. They just were not focusing on the clients. The coleslaw came in plastic. Maybe this is a new company policy. My chicken was dry, kids was OK, wife didn't really eat hers. We have noticed in general St Hubert's is going downwards in terms of dining experience. We are not expecting fine dining here, but we are expecting quick & clean, & service with a smile. The staff as you would expect were fairly young. I don't believe they've had the correct training in restaurant basic's. Another off the list. We are down to two in Quebec we will still set foot in. Good luck.View more

We where 21 adults 11 children We had a suprise party for our daughter. Everything was just perfect we where not push out The kids where a bit loud but where enjoying themselves The 3.young waitress where the most helpful & made sure we where all served & came many time back to make sure we where not missing anything. They even but our birthday cake in fridge & served the cake when ask With candles & singing Thank you for a successful Birthday party!View more

Good service & quality of food.
However, Menu is quite expensive for 3 adults 2 kids no alcohol beverages, over 100$.
