"I have been a customer for many yrs. As old as your company. This last year I order a minimum twice a month. Unfortunately 4 out 10 it is awful. Chicken dehydrated, French fries cold. Forget xsauce cause I don't eat coleslaw. Why is it this way. I hate calling and complaining. Please try to keep the name."
