After half an hour wait at the door to get in, it took them more than 20 mins before the waitress came to take our order. The food took more than one hour to arrive, & we had to ask for everything multiple times & they still got it wrong. The chicken was ok but the ribs were bad, chewy & mostly fat. Can't believe there are charging 37$ for them. We waited for more than 30 mins after we finished to get someone attention to order the dessert. No luck, you hey were just walking past us & telling us someone else will come. I ended up calling for the manager. Who apologized & sent us our waitress with the dessert & the full bill. She told me it happens that "delays happens in restaurants 😩" & she handed me the machine with the tip on screen! I should've added 0% after this experience but didn't find it in me & still added the 15%. This used to be our go to st Huber after ski, but am never coming back here again.View more
