When in Quebec, St-Hubert is a must stop if you're a chicken lover, & even if you're not, they have a wide variety of options.
While I feel each location has varying service, our experience here was less than favorable in terms of service. Language & inexperienced staff were the issue, not the food or the ambience. The bill had a bottle of wine charged to it, not something we ordered, which brings to note, always review your bills.View more

Terrible service. 2 servers standing around & have to beg for attention. My chicken was left over from lunch. Very dry. Sauce was bland. Not how i remembered. Swiss chalet is much better.View more

This is a Quebec classic that was part of everyone's childhood. Now it is frequented mostly by people over the age of 50. The onion soup was nice & cheesy but too much bread & not enough on onion for my taste. The chicken breast on the spinach salad was dry. I should have had the quarter chicken or ribs. Steak was tasty, & the French Fries are the fat, soft kind. The club sandwich was good with the dipping sauce.View more

I love St Hubert BBQ. If you like crispy crispy chicken wings, Look no further. The chicken is always fresh. Creamy cole slaw is awesome. Tonight our server was Daphney. Awesome service friendly & professional. When we got there told her we had an event to get to. Bing Bang served & out. Thanks Daphney. I will return.View more

Great place to eat. Very good options but only had the chicken & it was moist & very well cooked accompanied with some great gravy. Will definitely be back soon, we're very accommodating for us non french speakers also.View more
