Nous sommes arrivés, moi & mon ami affamés de notre journée, nous avons été servis par Mia, un super service, souriante & agréable comme si on ce connaissais depuis longtemps. Nous avions pris une cuisse & une poitrine cela nous a satisfait. Les quantités étaient bonnes le poulet un peu sec mais c'est compréhensible fin de service. Je recommande

Super bon service de Mia, malgré la soirée qui était très achalandée, elle restait très professionnelle, les guédilles au homard étaient délicieuses.

Bonne nourriture, très long a avoir. Service vraiment moyen tous on recu leur consomation sauf ma blonde. apres 20 minute on demande pour comprendre que son choix est indisponible. Presque 2h30 avant de sortir de la de plus la serveuse ne mentionne pas un erreur de pourboire & encaisse plus de 40 dollars, je vaia faire le 30 minute de voiture pour aller a sherbrooke

Le service est très bien sauf l'accueil. Pas de sourire. La dame nous a placé de façon debarrassée sans nous demander ce qu'on aimerait. Cela s'est produit plusieurs fois.

My family & I came here twice over the course of a few days last weekend. I came from out of town to visit family. We normally enjoy coming here when visiting. Our first visit was great! Service, food, everything was perfect! Then the second time we came, our server didn't speak English very well which is fine I understand there can be a language barrier because I also don't speak good French. However, I tried to explain well enough to the server how my Mom wanted her steak done. It can be difficult even when there isn't a language barrier but I specifically said just a little pink. The first time she received it, it was still rare, they reheated & sent back about 5 mins later still the same practically. Then we sent it back again & at this point the rest of us were almost finished our meals. When she got it back the third time & this time it was a fresh steak, it was thinner & well done. We wanted little pink & the same cook doing it was the same one the first time we came. He did it perfect then & royally screwed it up the second visit. They also had visual cues to go off of. She had to deal with management & ask for a refund for her meal at this point because we had all finished our food & now she had to take it home instead of eat with the rest of the family. They finally honored it after much arguing back & forth & also one free dessert. Maybe in the future for the language barrier, provide picture cue cards of the different cooks of steak. Rare up to well done. There would be less confusion. Not everyone is going to speak French & not everyone is going to speak English that well. It would help everyone. You're close to hotels in the area & I'm sure you get people out of province. You're also right off the highway. Make it easier for people that are not from there also. That's my suggestion.
