Un des meilleurs restaurants à vie. Bouffe incroyable: j'en salive juste à y repenser. J'ai pris le souper table d'hôte avec entrée de crabe cake & pintade en plat principal. Mon conjoint a pris les calmars frits & le lapin. C'était incroyable !!

Très bonne nourriture ! Le flétan est excellent avec de très bon accompagnements . Par contre la guédille aux homards est trop dénaturé on pert le goût du homard .

Étant du coin, le 4 saisons est définitivement notre place préféré! Le service est impeccable & accueillant, le vin & les repas sont toujours bien conseillés & à la hauteur, que ce soit en famille, avec des amis ou en amoureux c'est toujours une soirée réussie!

Je suis aller pour le brunch déjeuner ... Bon petit brunch assez complet... Comprends= oeufs brouillées ,bacon, saucisses, fèves au lard, petites patates, cretons, fromages, bagel, toast, jus, cafe, croissant, fruits divers, A VOLONTE, pour 23$$$ assez raisonnable

Nous sommes venus célébrer l'anniversaire de mon épouse. Étant nouveaux résidents dans la région, nous avons cherché une valeur sûre. Les avis semblaient assez unanimes pour cet établissement.
Nous avons été satisfaits mais sans plus.
L'emplacement géographique est très agréable avec une belle vue sur la montagne & une belle lumière de coucher de soleil. Le restaurant est cependant attaché à un hôtel avec un air un peu impersonnel & aseptisé.
Le personnel de service était très sympathique & heureusement offrait une dimension plus personnelle & chaleureuse.
La cuisine est bonne mais rien de transcendant. Ma femme a préféré les frites que son crab cake & son espadon au risotto.
J'ai aimé l'entrée de gésiers confits & de purée de chou rouge & mon plat de flanc de porc mijoté. Nous sommes satisfaits mais après avoir lu certaines publications sur internet indiquant le bistrot comme la meilleure table de l'Estrie, nos attentes étaient trop hautes. Je recommande tout de même comme un bon restaurant mais sans doute pas comme le meilleur de la région.
