Review Summary

Bistro 4 Saisons is widely celebrated for its outstanding culinary quality, creative menu offerings, and consistently attentive service. Guests frequently praise the restaurant for its refined dishes, such as the veal liver and salmon tartare, noting that the food is both delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is described as warm and inviting, with a beautiful terrace offering scenic views that enhance the overall dining experience. While most visitors find the experience exceptional and worth repeating, a few minor notes suggest that wine pairings could be more carefully aligned with menu choices and that occasional special requests for celebrations could be acknowledged more distinctly. Overall, the establishment is considered a must-visit destination in the region, offering great value and a high standard of hospitality that keeps patrons returning.

We ate here while staying at the hotel. While our server was lovely, the food disappointed. Beef tartare was just okay, too many flavors masking the beef. Our mains looked pretty but really weren't good. We got the cod with broccoli puree. The fish was cooked beautifully, but it was topped with a lot of raw onion & the broccoli puree tasted like very bad baby food. We also got the pheasant on cauliflower puree which was also rough. The bird was kind of mushy & chewy, & the puree was also baby food vibes. Maybe we just order badly. The menu is very large. I'd recommend having fewer entrees & Making sure they taste good. The restaurant also smelled a bit like a kitchen which is always turn off. We also wished they had a bar you could sit at for a drink. The burger pub bar is really not appealing & smells even greasier.
