Nous sommes venus célébrer l'anniversaire de mon épouse. Étant nouveaux résidents dans la région, nous avons cherché une valeur sûre. Les avis semblaient assez unanimes pour cet établissement.

L'emplacement géographique est très agréable avec une belle vue sur la montagne & une belle lumière de coucher de soleil. Le restaurant est cependant attaché à un hôtel avec un air un peu impersonnel & aseptisé.
Le personnel de service était très sympathique & heureusement offrait une dimension plus personnelle & chaleureuse.
La cuisine est bonne mais rien de transcendant. Ma femme a préféré les frites que son crab cake & son espadon au risotto.
J'ai aimé l'entrée de gésiers confits & de purée de chou rouge & mon plat de flanc de porc mijoté. Nous sommes satisfaits mais après avoir lu certaines publications sur internet indiquant le bistrot comme la meilleure table de l'Estrie, nos attentes étaient trop hautes. Je recommande tout de même comme un bon restaurant mais sans doute pas comme le meilleur de la région.

Le Bistro Four Seasons est un excellent restaurant. La cuisine est tout simplement parfaite : tout est savoureux, bien préparé & d'une grande qualité. Le service est également remarquable - les serveurs sont toujours souriants, de bonne humeur, attentionnés & passent régulièrement à table pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien.
Nous y avons pris le petit-déjeuner ainsi que notre dîner spécial pour notre anniversaire de mariage, & tout était vraiment très réussi. Nous avions une belle table réservée, & l'expérience globale a été très agréable.
Cependant, pour une occasion aussi importante - notre anniversaire de mariage (mentionné lors de la réservation) - nous aurions apprécié une petite attention, comme un geste sur le dessert ou une reconnaissance particulière. Il n'y a rien eu de spécial à ce niveau-là, ce qui a été un peu décevant.
Malgré cela, l'expérience reste excellente. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.
Le Bistro 4 Saisons c'est simple, bon, créatif & le service attentif. Il n'y a aucune prétention à cet endroit toujours bondé les fins de semaines. La table d'hôte offre des repas de tous les goûts avec principalement des producteurs locaux. Les prix sont abordables tant à la carte que la table d'hôte. Pour le choix de vins laissez Patrick vous aider à choisir selon votre budget & vos goûts & je vous promets une expérience à la hauteur de vos attentes.

We love the bistro & have been visiting Magog for years for skiing. We finally made it during the summer & we are delighted we did. The food, presentation, & service continue to be outstanding. My husband & I both enjoyed the Table d'hote which is a salad/ soup, appetizer, main dish & coffee/tea. My husband loved loved (a lot) the Panna cotta tomatoe salad & cous cous main. If you like cream then the pan a cotta will anppeal to your palate. It is a different spin on the caprese salad. I loved the tuna appetizer, & the mushroom pasta. It is more than I can eat but the leftover pasta is divine . The food here is simply delicious & creative. There is a warm atmosphere at the bistro. If we lived in Magog we would be regulars. You will not be disappointed. Merci.
We had the pleasure of dining at Le Bistro 4 Saisons during a recent anniversary tour of the Eastern Townships. From the moment we entered to the moment we left, it all felt right.
Highlights of the meal included an excellent butternut squash soup, the seafood risotto & a toothsome veal liver. Another highlight was our charismatic server/sommelier, Benoît, who twice thanked us for choosing their restaurant as part of our special weekend. Three cheers for attention to detail 👏
All of this as the sunset over adjacent Mont-Orford. Perfection!
Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce bistro! Nos plats étaient délicieux! La terrasse était très confortable & le service était excellent. Coup de coeur pour la charlotte au caramel!
Nous fréquentons le Bistro 4 saisons depuis une quinzaine d'années, une à deux fois par an. C'est toujours un très bon moment (même si les tarifs ont bien augmentés dernièrement): la nourriture est délicieuse & le service à la fois sympathique & efficace. Je le recommande, sans hésitation.
Des mets incroyables.. Magret de canard sauce aux cerises, une explosion de saveur.. Du potage au dessert, tout était parfait!!! Que dire de Benoît notre serveur, un service exceptionnel... Merci au sommelier qui a su choisir notre vin, une découverte.. Longue vie à votre Bistro d'une grande qualité... A répéter à coup sûr .. Merci Benjamin de cette belle découverte !!!
