We had the pleasure of dining at Le Bistro 4 Saisons during a recent anniversary tour of the Eastern Townships. From the moment we entered to the moment we left, it all felt right.

Highlights of the meal included an excellent butternut squash soup, the seafood risotto & a toothsome veal liver. Another highlight was our charismatic server/sommelier, Benoît, who twice thanked us for choosing their restaurant as part of our special weekend. Three cheers for attention to detail 👏

All of this as the sunset over adjacent Mont-Orford. Perfection!

Très belle expérience! Nous étions 5 personnes sur la terrasse pour le midi. La nourriture était délicieuse (gaspacho, guédille au homard bien généreuse)! Coup de coeur pour la sommelière! Le service était impeccable. Nous y retournerons! Petit bémol: l'équipe d'entretien de la pelouse est passée quelques minutes vers la fin de notre repas mais rien pour gâcher notre beau moment.

Des mets incroyables.. Magret de canard sauce aux cerises, une explosion de saveur.. Du potage au dessert, tout était parfait!!! Que dire de Benoît notre serveur, un service exceptionnel... Merci au sommelier qui a su choisir notre vin, une découverte.. Longue vie à votre Bistro d'une grande qualité... A répéter à coup sûr .. Merci Benjamin de cette belle découverte !!!

Cuisine de qualité, service courtois, conseils aguerris du sommelier, le tout dans une superbe ambiance avec vue sur la montagne! Nous y reviendrons c'est assuré!

The Sommelier, Patrick, provided over the top service by providing excellent wine suggestions & options for the meal & even quickly & unceremoniously replaced an expensive corked bottle without hesitation.
