vraiment super ! Maxim au souper & Justin au dîner, & Samira en cuisine au dîner : wow ! si je viens deux fois dans la même journée, c'est parce que c'est trop bon. excellent service, merciiii ! gardez-les, pour que je revienne, sérieux. c'est très rare dans un restaurant comme ici. chapeau !

Item manquant dans la livraison. On appelle au numéro: tous nos agents sont présentement occupés. Répondre au courriel: adresse inexistante. On écrit au service clientèle: on offre un crédit de 8$, qui sera appliqué sur une prochaine commande, mais cette commande devra être passée par téléphone (merci pour l'effort'Jerry spécialiste expérience client').

En espérant que l'IA vienne à la rescousse de leurs processus & de leur expérience client. Vraiment nécessaire en 2026.

EDIT: la réponse de sthub dit de contacter l'adresse courriel, ce que j'ai fait & qui est écrit dans le review... Encore une évidence du manque total d'organisation client
